Just wondering how much name changes impact the value of an account. I have a Minecon 2016 account with many different other capes on it (no rare ones besides 2016) but saw an estimate on a different person’s post of $1k+ with low name changes. I’ve had the account for over 10 years and its stacked up more than 20-30 name changes lol

Recently a scammer made their way onto the subreddit and listed a 2015/2016 double cape they had recently stolen themselves. They only wanted payment upfront and said they had never heard of any Middleman services.

Sadly these guys have started abusing the fact that many legitimate Minecon attendees have been listing their accounts for sale here. Since original owners are (sometimes) hesitant to use a Middleman service, they use this to convince people to send payment upfront after confirming their ownership through changing the skin or joining a server.

Unless you 1000% know what you're doing, NEVER go first to anyone on this subreddit. Always ask for detailed, in-depth proof or use a trusted Middleman service.

I saw on g2a it costs about 90 USD, is this price fine for this cape, or it's cheaper?
