What purpose does a conveyor blocker serve? "Move things sometimes. Can be toggled on or off by physically moving the blocker."
What is the use case for this or it's heavy version? It sounds like something that has to be operated manually.

All resources mined, sorted, smelted, polished, and packaged at the nodes.
Resources Packages are sent on to 1 of 6 main Conveyor Lines, all of which are Color Coded (50% Iron Red, Copper Orange, Gold Yellow, Gems Green, Coal Black, 50% Iron (for Steel) Pink).
The Coal Line splits into 2 lines, routing 50% to the Steel Smelter (along with the Pink line of Iron) and 50% to the Shaker. Any gems made from the Shaker are polished, packaged, and join the Gem Green line (which is then sent directly to the Selling Bin). The Steel Ingot Output here becomes the 7th line (White).
The Iron, Copper, Gold, and Steel Lines are then centralized and unpackaged (and Bulk Sorted to expunge any incorrect resources from entering the wrong line- expunged resources being sent to their own packager and Selling Bin immediately) right before being sent into 1 of the 4 Condensed Modular Machines (lower left picture) that Inputs Ingots and Outputs Pipes, Casings, Threaded Rods, and Wire Coils. Each Module processes fast enough to never back up, even using all the Ingots of a type on the entire map. These Outputs are sent into a Packager right by the Selling Bin, and sold for an extra profit.
It took 100+ hours of playtime to debug Package Routes on Conveyors to avoid Spillage and Cross-Contamination (being as Box Physics are much more volatile than Ores/Ingots/Gems). And the Object Count now never raises above 900.
Profit Maximized, Lag Minimized, Mission Accomplished.
