Hello I have made a two motor wheel from a hoverboard but can someone tell me which wire is which and what the wire does thank you !

I was going to replace my bearings because my tire was bouncing up and down at high speed, but I don’t think it’s the bearings but I don’t know what this piece inside is or if it’s supposed to rattle or not

as you can see the chain is not staying on the teeth of the bike so much that i can’t wheel it 2 feet forward or backward without it doing this

Built this a few weeks ago with my son and made a some first-timer mistakes.
Ordered a hydraulic rear brake to replace the workout stock cable setup. Flipped the clutch around and centred the motor so it wasn’t hanging out the right hand side so bad. Slipped a little header pipe on it, new chain, and a 60t rear sprocket. The chain length was a bit of a game of “one link too short” or needing to makeup a spring loaded tensioner as the next fix.

It did 60kmh before and curious to see where it gets to now.

FIXED THE ISSUE! ENDED UP BEING THE OIL SENSOR. UNPLUGGED IT AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES AT ALL. THANKS EVERYONE!

Briggs and Stratton 10hp vanguard motor w/ Nikkei carb

Title says it all. When the bike is leaned over, it'll start and idle just fine.

As soon as I stand it up, it'll die.

Checked the carb, float, needle and cleaned them all up.

In my mind, this is 100% carb related issue, but not sure what else to check. If not a carb issue, what else could it be?

I got a pz19 carb and there’s something shaking in it

It is a 196cc despite the 224 sticker it ran perfect until I put this vm22 carb on it and now it won’t start. I’ve tried looking online but o can’t find much

Does it matter if my centrifugal clutch sprocket and rear tire sprocket are parallel but horizontally offset, I used a laser level to ensure they were 100% parallel but no matter what combination of spacers I use to push my centrifugal clutch further away from the engine block I can't get it in line with the rear sprocket. I've got it insanely close though. They are MAYBE 5 millimeters offset from each other if that makes sense. I'm sorry if it doesn't I'm kinda tarded and suck at explaining things but I provided a picture to maybe better illustrate what I'm getting at.

Recently I bought a new gasket for my predator 212 non hemi, but the dowel pin holes are too small. I know the gasket is for a hemi engine, but I talked to someone who said no matter what you will have to enlarge the holes, so there’s no point in buying the “correct one”. I looked it up and apparently your not supposed to drill the holes out, so I tried it with a dremel, but the gasket just cut the sand paper bit in half, because it’s so thin. How should I enlarge the holes? I also noticed the gasket came bent, is that an issue?

Was wondering if i should be fine to ride on it until i get it welded which would be sometime this week the crack doesnt seem to want to travel more but i dont want it to travel anymore and was thinking would riding it somewhat cause it to crack more? And should i even ride it?

Had a guest borrow our mini bike and he ended up losing one of the nut (?) so the steering bar is loose and no longer safe. Having a hard time tracking down the exact pattern/size/info. Any ideas? Missing bolt is one of the 2 circled in red in my image.

Got this thing with a blown up engine, stuck to my roots and found a free 224cc on marketplace that the guy couldn't get running. (Bad oil level switch) and well now shes a ripper. Thing rides like a cloud when your sitting back but is still really capable with its short wheelbase. The blue noodles is knee protection 🤣

who needs special tools when you have a ton of sacrificial pittsburgh wrenches????

Whats the highest speed you all have hit and did you want to keep going?

Me personally the fastest ive clocked on a speedo app was 52mph. Im pretty sure i went faster than that yesterday and only stopped for a stop sign. What about yall?

Today first start but i noticed that the throttle is sticking. I’m going to fix that to morrow and attach the throttle handle better👍 also the tank is on with tape for now so also going to fix that

I want a bike, and wanna spend as little as I possibly can but still get a nice running bike. Gonna post some more if you guys can check ‘em out and help me out(I know knowing about these)

Check out my last post maybe my next if I do more rn, but I need help picking a bike or looking for one yk , as cheaply as possible I’m trying to do it but for a nice little bike, or a frame maybe something I can build cause I wanna learn yk.
