Cant View TimeTable nor can I find out the date to pick it (534 Civil Engineering)

The website is fairly terrible at giving information. My term is post secondary summer 2026, when I go to view my timetable I select the term "post secondary summer 2026", and afterwards click on "Register for Classes, Select and View Timetable". It says im not registered for the term. I've paid my fee statement already. And have booked my assessment for success. Can anyone help me out here

Computer Systems Technology - Network Administration and Cybersecurity 585 Question

Hi,

I am currently enrolled for this program in the fall. I was curious if anyone has any tips before starting the course. Maybe on getting certain certifications? Also I was curious about how difficult it is to get a Co-op?

I’m just thinking if this program is worth taking due to how competitive it is to find a co-op (especially against uni students) and what your grades have to look like.

Thx

Working during school (diagnostic cardiac sonography 717)?

Hi everyone. So I’m starting the DCS program in September and I’m wondering from any current or past students if it’s possible to work at all during the program? I’ve worked throughout almost my entire degree, but I’ve heard that this program is really demanding and if you don’t need to work then don’t.

I do expect this program to be difficult and different compared to my undergrad, and if I did work I would only be working part time. I just don’t want to have too much unnecessary added stress while trying to focus on school.

So if anyone could give some input or even share some details about class schedule or anything else I’d be super grateful to hear!!

Mohawk cardiovascular technologist / McMaster Mohawk BSCN

Looking for some advice on my situation.
I’m currently in the McMaster-Mohawk BScN nursing program and have completed about 2 years of the program, including clinical placements. Unfortunately, I failed Pathophysiology twice and it looks like I may not be able to continue in the nursing program.
My high school average was strong, but I never took high school Physics. I’m now exploring other healthcare careers, particularly Cardiovascular Technology or Michener institute programs like respiratory therapist, or ultrasound.

I’m wondering:
Has anyone been accepted into Cardiovascular Technology after leaving a nursing program?
How competitive is Mohawk’s Cardiovascular Technology program in reality and Michener institute to get into?
Did anyone complete Physics upgrading as an adult before applying?
If you were in a similar situation, what healthcare programs did you successfully switch into?

I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed right now and would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through something similar or has advice on possible pathways.
Thank you.

Kind & Respectful

Loves trying new restaurants, and going to playdium and arcades, playing video games (Nintendo)

Going for walks, or trying new things

Pretty much open to anything tbh

If you think we'd get along, don't be shy - send me a message or feel free to tag your single friends who may be looking!

Would consider Fennell Campus although open to all campuses.

Ultrasonography program/ TVO ILC or Prehealth?

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to apply to Mohawk’s Ultrasonography (750) program and I’m looking for some advice from current students or anyone who has been accepted.
A little about me:
● I already have a bachelor’s degree (not in science).
● I’m currently upgrading my Grade 12 Biology and Chemistry through TVO ILC and will be taking Physics next.
● My Grade 12 English is 93% and my Grade 12 math is 92%.
I have a few questions:
1. Does having a non-science bachelor’s degree help at all, or do admissions mainly focus on the prerequisite grades?
2. Is it worth applying directly after upgrading my sciences, or is Pre-Health a better route if I don’t get in?

OSAP Funding/Restrictions Inquiry

Hi,

I needed some help or advice as I have applied to Mohawk College - Program 632 (Business Admin) and I am a transfer student so basically in 2nd year starting in September. Issue is I have a OSAP Funding restriction on my account but I need OSAP for the school year.

I don't have a job since I lost it due to health conditions and I had to resign since I was not able to take so much time off.

Thing is I just had an appointment with Financial Assistance and they said there is no guarantee that the restriction will be removed.

At this time can anyone give me advice or is there anything I can do to get OSAP Funding. Ofcourse there is still time but I dont want to leave it to the last few days where I dont have any options.

Does Mohawk College or even is there any other program assistance that would be able to help that anyone is aware of?

If anyone could help please reach out - would be much appreciated.

Offer withdrawn pre health 340, any hope?

I made a mistake and had the deposit deadline as June 25 and not 15th for deposit deadline on my calendar. It states my offer has been withdrawn on myymohawk account and it’s really disappointing. Was looking at getting back in the groove of school and applying to RPN program.

I am hoping that it could mean my seat could be available and the withdrawal is an automatic process as timetable selection isn’t yet but I’m not feeling optimistic. I paid the deposit and late fee as soon as I found out and have an admission appointment tomorrow and sent an email. Is there any hope for me for this September?

If not, I’m thinking that I’ll take high school courses and apply directly for next September to RPN though that’s not the path I wanted. Or I am asking if I could be deferred to the Jan program. Just not sure what that means for applying to RPN after. There’s always a path forward but am definitely bummed.
