​I want to use XMR as digital cash via gift cards (like CakePay) as much as possible, but the "exact amount" issue is annoying.

​If a purchase is like €43.15, cards only come in €10, €25, or €50 steps. My options right now:

​Leave €6.85 "dead" on a €50 voucher.

​Pay the remaining €3.15 with a regular debit card which completely destroys privacy by linking my identity to the purchase. ​Is there any decentralized, non-custodial tool or swapp protocol that allows paying the exact fiat amount using Xmr in real-time?

HI everyone.

Been looking at various VPN options and all the pros and cons and decided on Mullvad.

However, I want to pick the safest payment options that cannot be traced back to me and heard Monero is among the best ones.

But as a complete beginner to crypto, I downloaded the Monero.com app on iOS and I went on Mullvad‘s website and got the account number and one-time payment address and went to the pay with Monero page and clicked the “Open in wallet” button, but all I get in the Monero.com app is a “Transaction Error. No inputs provided, transaction cannot be constructed.”

Can someone please help?

I think it's having trouble synching but idk how to make it. The feather wallet was properly connected through tor, working on seeing if gui wallet works better when I set that up correctly.

Have just fucked around verifying Kraken and MXC, neither of which offer Monero trading anymore. Using wallet swaps, when all is said and done, I'm paying 13%, on top of marketplace fees, way too much. There has to be a cheaper way of doing this.

What exchanges are you guys using in 2026?

What’s the safest and easiest method currently? Looking for trusted exchanges P2P methods or any reliable swap services that work smoothly with INR/UPI.

Would appreciate if someone could explain the full process from INR to XMR for a beginner too. Trying to avoid high fees and scams. Thanks

hi so i made a mistake of buying 500g of weed accidentally (just wanted 3.5g) on drug hub with the bulk option and ive been trying to cancel it via feather wallet but i can't, i even used the seed/trick but no luck.

its on escrow and the transaction is almost completed, can i just cancel it to return it to my drughub/in house wallet once its been seen?

edit: good news its in escrow and I can cancel in 4 hours

so i bought 100 pounds of usdt and used 83 usdt to buy 1 xmr on the marketplace... but i checked my wallet and I cant see any xmr currently in my xmr wallet. also i cant transfer usdt to feather so this is the only way i think i can do it. have i dun goofed or what next will it eventually go in>

i can see the transaction in the area at the bottom of the screen, do i just wait for someone to accept the order and is 83 usdt 'reasonable' for 1 xmr (again new to this).

*edit*: nxm changed the usdt to max/xmr and the withdrawl is going into feather... however it hasnt syncronized/came through yet how long does this usually take, on electrum/btc its fairly quick ig i just a matter of how much you pay for transcation fee

edit 2:: also theres something wrong with the locked transactions when does the actual 'freeze' lift? you know I think it may be 24h

edit 3: it says the funds the frozen under 't.1' restriction but I can transfer at 3pm at the least today.

random idea: you could actually make a decent amount of cash sellling xmr or btc although i usually only buy coin to buy things online, but some other time I may want to get into trading. over 300 pounds for a single xmr.

I’ve tried resetting nodes & now it won’t even connect. Just says “attempting to sync” without any progress.
