I know that this year's World Finals was insane. It took place on 4th of July weekend, on Americas 250th anniversary, and it was the 25th annual world finals. Honestly, hard to beat.

But next year will be Grave Diggers 45th anniversary, which almost certifies an encore, the 30th anniversary of Avenger, which means new anniversary paint scheme, and last but not least, the 35th anniversary of Monster Jam itself. That also probably means a stunt/encors will happen.

If all goes right, this world finals could be incredibly cool to see

Here we go... it is now time for the remainder of the Freestyle championship to get going to crown this year's Freestyle champion!

Following last night, Dalton Widner (Shell Shock'ed) currently leads the freestyle leaderboard with a score of 8.769, with Chris Koehler (Mayhem) in second place with a score of 8.739, and Krysten Anderson (Grave Digger Grandma) in third place with a score of 8.027.

This was the first world finals without a monster mutt truck since the debut. And Monster Mutt didn’t run this year. Just kinda seems like Monster Mutt is about to face the same fate as Blue Thunder and gonna be quietly retired
