Unfortunately after playing collecting MTG for almost two decades I have begun selling off my collection to help cover the cost of my new child. (Actually an exciting thing!!!) But with that being said I have a pretty unique card in my collection that I haven't been able to trade in to local game stores as it is an alter. The trouble is I think it is worth quite a bit of money and I need some help with evaluating its worth and getting it to the right person.

It is a 1999 World Championships Tokyo Gaea's Cradle with, in my opinion, a gorgeous full card alter on the front.

Would you guys be able to help me or point me in the right direction?

Back from my summer break with my latest commission, which I’m particularly proud to show here: two artworks inspired by ancient Mediterranean art! I'll be happy to read your thoughts about these!

The Sol Ring card is based on an ancient mosaic found in Pompeii, Italy. This was my first "mosaic style" alter, and it really challenged me! :')
The second card is a representation of the myth of the Moirai (the Fates), styled after the ancient Greek "red-figure" pottery technique.

This project was incredibly special to me, as it really connected me with the art of my country 🍝🍕 A huge thank you to my wonderful customer who made me work on these beautiful ideas, and I truly hope these cards match their great passion for Mediterranean history and art!

I like frogs in the summer and maybe took it a bit too far. I've started to alter my rakdos pauper deck.

A friend of mine so wonderfully gifted me this [[wheel of fortune]] and as you can see it’s been well loved. I was thinking about trying to clean it a bit but I think an alter would be great. I live in Germany so really I could send it off to an artist really anywhere in mainland Europe. I would leave the design up to the artist, I would love to see their vision. Please let me know if anyone would be interested and what the rates would be in a PM. I hope this is appropriate on this sub, I’ve not posted here.

I have had so much fun making full art lands like this one! This alter is watercolor paint on a magic card. It takes a lot of patience, a lot of layers, and a thick base coat of watercolor ground. Still working on getting the surface fully smooth, but very happy with how these have turned out and the pringling is not as bad as you might think!
