So, I only want a 1-month sub to Mullvad, but all the vouchers I’ve seen offer 6 months or a year only and cash in an envelope is good, but also a hassle and makes me wonder if it’s worth it when I’m not a criminal or planning to do anything illegal anyway.

I know Monero comes easy to some, but it all just seems so complicated to me and I could just persevere, but again I’m wondering if it’s worth it when there’s so many other ways in life I can be tracked and things I pay for that can be tracked, that does it make a massive enough difference for me to pay through Apple or directly with credit/debit card or PayPal?

Recently, I got two accounts on different platforms being categorized as spammer or bot. I am also very tired of all these websites blocking me, showing me captchas for 30s, or asking me to prove I'm not a robot for my "security". Just because I'm using a privacy VPN.

I would like to move forward to a setup that contains the same level of privacy as what Mullvad brings but the smoothness of using no VPN (having the whole web opened with no verification).

I don't want to stop using Mullvad VPN. I'm not an expert in this field, hence my question.

Any recommendation? All help will be appreciated.

Been looking at various VPN options and all the pros and cons and decided on Mullvad.

However, I want to pick the safest payment options that cannot be traced back to me and heard Monero is among the best ones.

But as a complete beginner to crypto, I downloaded the Monero.com app on iOS and I went on Mullvad‘s website and got the account number and one-time payment address and went to the pay with Monero page and clicked the “Open in wallet” button, but all I get in the Monero.com app is a “Transaction Error. No inputs provided, transaction cannot be constructed.”

Can someone please help?

Hey I am wondering if anyone knows how the proposed bill c-22 that will likely be enacted in Canada will affect Mulvad VPN first off it would require all companies to keep a log of all user activity as well it would require all providers. Give the government of Canada unrestricted access to all of their servers, including logs and everything else for all. Canadians

I know Mulvad claims they don't keep logs however when this Bill passes and unfortunately it will they won't have a choice

DNS is the most confusing part of online privacy and security for me and I could not find a clear answer about this for the life of me, soz.

Does Mullvad VPN automatically route system-wide DNS traffic in a way that's encrypted and not using my ISP's DNS server, or is there something else I need to tinker with to get it to do that outside of just my browser?

Has been working fine but when I went to use it today it constantly kept connecting not sure what happened it works if I reinstall Mullvad but when I turn the pc off and back on it does it again I’m on windows 11 any help appreciated
