My practical tips for male multiple orgasms

I’ve been multi-orgasmic for quite a while now, and I thought I’d share what helped me, because I had absolutely no idea this was even possible for a man.

For me the biggest change was realizing that orgasm and ejaculation don’t have to be the same thing.

Once I stopped thinking “I have to finish”, everything became much easier. I started paying more attention to the sensations in my body and learned to stay relaxed when the intensity increased.

A few things that really helped me:

Relax your pelvic floor. Don’t constantly squeeze or tense it. For me, relaxation made a huge difference.
Breathe slowly and naturally. I find that holding my breath or getting too excited makes it much harder to stay in control.

Don’t try to force an orgasm. Sometimes the more I chase it, the further away it gets. I learned to let the sensation build instead.

Pay attention to the whole body. For me it isn’t just a genital sensation anymore. I can feel waves through my pelvis, lower back, stomach, chest and sometimes all the way into my head.

Most importantly: learn the difference between “getting close to ejaculation” and an orgasmic wave. They are not necessarily the same thing.

In the beginning I could only stay with it for a short time. With practice I learned to let the feeling rise, peak and continue instead of automatically ending everything.

Nowadays I can sometimes have several separate orgasms, but other times it feels more like one long orgasmic state with waves of pleasure coming and going.

I’m not saying this will work exactly the same for everyone. I’m just sharing what made the biggest difference for me.

If you’re trying to become multi-orgasmic, my biggest advice would be: relax, slow down, don’t force it and learn your own body’s signals.

It took me quite a while, but for me it completely changed the way I experience male orgasm.
