N160 showing OBD Code P0562 (Battery voltage low) what might be the problem

Just scanned my N160 and got "P0562: Battery voltage low". Bike isn't starting smoothly. Anyone going through same problem? Its ecu problem or battery problem

My N160 milage has dropped to 34 in city previously it was giving 37 to 39 ? Are you guys facing the same issue. ?
