⚠️ Internship/Job at Paarsh infotech Nashik = Scam

About 2-3 months ago, our college's TPO introduced a company called Parsh Infotech for placements and internships. The company conducted multiple interview rounds and selected only one student for the job role from among many capable candidates.

Subsequently, the students who were rejected in the final round were contacted again and offered a "3-month training + 3-month internship" opportunity for ₹5,000. When we inquired about the payment, HR explained that this amount was only for the training and would be returned as a stipend after successfully completing the internship.

HR repeatedly made these assurances:

• A guaranteed base stipend of ₹5,000 per month

• Additional incentives based on performance

• The internship will provide real industry experience

After multiple convincing calls from HR, several students—including me—paid the amount.

But our experience raised some serious concerns:

1️⃣ Hiring Pattern

The company officially hired only one student, while the remaining candidates were offered paid "training + internship." This pattern seems quite suspicious.

2️⃣ The quality of training was poor.

The training was like a beginner-level course—not a professional internship program. Sessions started with very basic concepts, and progress was slow because everyone had to wait for someone else.

3️⃣ Training covered the entire internship duration.

In domains like Web Development, MERN Stack, and Data Analysis, a large portion of the 6-month internship was spent solely on training rather than actual project work. Furthermore, company communication was very slow—even after completing the training, we had to repeatedly follow up to assign projects.

4️⃣ No real projects.

Projects were assigned after the training was complete. My training lasted just over a month, consisting of only around 14 lectures—and honestly, I didn't gain much practical knowledge. Later, I learned from a student already working at the company that some of the projects allegedly had no real clients.

5️⃣ No trace of stipend

When we completed the assigned project exactly as instructed and requested a stipend, the company owner said, "This wasn't what they wanted" and promised to share updated requirements and documents—and that the stipend would be provided after the revised work. But despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response to date.

📌 Some More Important Incidents

Incident 1:

A student officially hired by our college reported that his team completed and delivered a project in 40 days—but reportedly never received payment. According to him, whenever payment was requested, the company simply stopped responding.

Incident 2:

We contacted a former employee of the company. As soon as we introduced ourselves, their immediate response was:

“Leave the company as soon as possible. There's no future for you there.”

Incident 3:

We invested time and effort on a project that allegedly had no real client. When we later asked for a stipend, we were told the work was unsatisfactory and new documents would be shared. But even after waiting and following up—no clear communication came.

I'm sharing this experience to encourage other students to be cautious before investing in internship or training programs—especially when promised a guaranteed stipend and placement.

I also have screenshots and call recordings that support these claims. If you need any more details, please feel free to DM me personally.

MAYBE MAHARASHTRA'S BIGGEST FAKE JOB SCAM !!!

Everyone eventually reaches a breaking point while searching for jobs — especially IT professionals. Scammers posing as “consultancies” are taking full advantage of this situation.

There are many so-called placement consultancies that promise guaranteed jobs.

Here’s how the scam usually works:

You hear from someone — maybe a friend or a friend of a friend — that they got placed through a consultancy. You enroll and pay a huge amount: ₹1.5 lakh, ₹2 lakh, sometimes even ₹3 lakh. Some consultancies even arrange loans in the name of “education loans.”

In return, they promise jobs with packages like 3 LPA, 4 LPA, or more. They show you a list of 10–12 companies and ask you to choose one. The interview process is often fake or extremely easy. Sometimes even staying silent in the interview still results in an offer letter.

Once you receive the offer letter, you feel relieved and hopeful. If the company is in another city, you relocate — often by taking additional loans for place and living expenses because you believe you finally have a stable career.

Initially, everything looks legitimate:

\- Office space

\- Colleagues

\- Seniors

\- Projects

\- HR process

But within a month, reality starts becoming clear.

The seniors are fake.

The projects are fake.

The company itself is often just an illusion created to rotate money and exploit desperate job seekers.

After a month or two, pressure begins:

\- Unrealistic project demands

\- Excessive workload

\- Constant mental harassment

\- Forced Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)

Some people quit at this stage due to stress. Those who survive beyond 3 months understand the real picture.

After that:

\- Salaries stop coming

\- Employees are treated badly

\- People are asked to resign

\- Or told to “wait” because of PIP issues

And here’s the real catch:

The consultancy contract usually promises “support” only for the first 3 months. During that time, you may still be eligible to demand help or a refund. Once that period ends, they completely ignore you.

After 3 months:

\- The consultancy stops responding

\- The company stops responding

\- Calls and messages are ignored

People try approaching authorities, police, labor departments, or organizations — but in many cases, victims feel helpless and unsupported.

Many such companies are operating openly in Pune itself:

\- Under the name of educational firms

\- Placement consultancies

\- Or standalone IT companies

Now think about the scale:

One company manages around 200 employees per batch.

Calculation:

200 × ₹4.5 lakh (average amount paid) = ₹9 Crore

And this is only ONE company.

There are many more operating in the same way.

Some of these companies have reportedly been running for the last 3 years.

Airtel Reduced Speeds Part-2 [Read Below]

So Basically , I had posted before that I have been getting slower speeds after the clock hits 5pm/6pm.

Many people did related

And I finally did some of my research

The conclusion is :-

Airtel has started a new scheme like thingy where they will be giving more speeds to postpaid users and less to prepaid users and because of this my internet speed was essentially "Sliced".

My solution will be switching to Jio/Vi.

Now I need one last help from you guys

If anyone lives near Trimurti or Pathardi Phata

Please recommend me which sim should I use and which are they using as an alternative to Airtel.

Help pls🙏🏻

Has College Road lost its old charm, or is it just nostalgia?

Nashik has always been my आजोळ, so I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Back then, College Road used to feel extremely fancy to me — the lights, the crowd, the shops, the overall vibe… it always felt so full of life.

Now that I’ve actually moved here, I recently went around College Road and somehow felt like it has lost a bit of its old charm. Many shops seem closed, the lights don’t feel the way they used to, and the whole area felt a little quieter than what I remembered.

On the other hand, Gangapur Road and Sawarkar Nagar felt much more happening and lively to me.

Of course, I could be totally wrong. I’m not originally a native of the city, and maybe childhood memories make some places feel larger than life in our imagination. Maybe College Road is still the same for people who’ve lived here all along.

What do you guys think? Has College Road actually changed, or is this just nostalgia speaking?

MHT-CET SCAM IN NASHIK

Since the NEET leak case is going on, I would like to tell you guys about a MHT-CET scam happening in Nashik.

First let me tell you how the CET exam is conducted. The test is usually conducted in private computer labs and colleges. There are no fixed roll numbers or anything, anyone can sit on any PC. The invigilators are generally students from that computer lab, and in colleges they are mostly senior students.

In 2023, I was in a coaching center at College Road, Ashok Stambh. Most of you might know R## ### Institute. Basically what they do is select some students from the batch. The institute has tie-ups with exam centres and they make these students sit in CCTV blind spots and give them phones so that the students can score very high marks in the exam. In return, the coaching institute gets toppers for advertisement.

One girl from our batch got 99.35 percentile in MHT-CET and got CS at COEP, but honestly she was not even that good in studies and everyone from the batch was shocked after seeing her result.
