Nebula Cosmos 4K SE not connecting to wifi at all
hello all, just purchased this refurbished from Anker themselves via eBay for a fairly decent price, when I unboxed it, it didn’t wanna connect to Wi-Fi. I managed to bypass the setup process and connect my Apple TV. All works regularly except it does not want to connect to Wi-Fi at all. Attach is a video showing the issue I tried going into the dev settings, pretty much tried everything, hard resetting everything… I am going to try getting a usb to ethernet adapter should arrive tomorrow just to see if there’s any updates for the device and if it’ll fix the problem, I wouldn’t mind it not connecting since i’ll be using an apple TV 4k with it primarily but for update purposes I feel like I should return it, unless I should just keep it and use the dongle every once in a while to update but that seems tedious since i’ll be mounting on my ceiling. Let me know any ideas or thoughts on how I can fix it!
