Inherited netsuke set - questions

Hi all, I recently inherited about 30 netsuke from my grandfather who was an antique collector. I’m doing some research of my own and digging into the myths they depict, can anybody give me further info here into period, artist, design trademarks, value? They seem to be legit ivory, contain the proper himotoshi, and bear what appears to be artist signature. They’re really beautiful.

Any info helps! Thanks!

Jade netsuke

Just purchased this from an antique store in Duluth, MN and need assistance determining what the heck this is.

Cannot track down another piece like this so at least feel like it is unique in design and as such possibly quite dated. Best guess of material is nephrite jade. Can’t make out figure at top but possibly monkey or tanuki. Thought a lizard but it appears to have paws.

Also can’t make out what it’s sitting on. Best guesses are a shell or fruit or nut of some sort.

Any guesses to any part of this to assist in aging and valuation?
