3D printed a hat display, cap stand is by @ejcoale33 on Maker World. I’ve organized it by league, division, and ranking. I’m on my way to collect every City Connect hat. If I didn’t have the City Connect hat, I replaced it with a minor league team from that division. If I didn’t have the minor league team or that team at all, I just put a hat I liked.
Man Ross is turning into a store that I gotta visit once a month or two. Got these two for $30, I couldn’t help myself. 🤣🙄
Wasn’t a fan when I first saw them but I got it cause didn’t want to miss out. Now that I have it in hand, it’s a bad ass hat. Get your team if you can.
A few days ago, I posted a pic of the Fresno Grizzlies "bear flag rebellion" cap. I had mentioned I had ordered a couple more. They arrived today.
The first is the all-red cap, seems to be their standard, primary home cap. Has the pin on the inside indicating it's an authentic on-field. I also really like the new MiLB batterman. Not as interesting as the red-and-black "bear flag rebellion" cap, but it's a nice and simple option.
But the one that really interested me was the full-bodied, on-field alternate cap. The white-and-red (well, it's closer to cream) comes from the California state flag, and one thing I didn't expect is the updated MiLB batterman, as all the photos online show it still using the older one. Nice little attention to detail there. I like how it looks, but oh man, the FIT. The moment I put it on, it was perfect, absolutely perfect. Hard to explain, but when you get that fitted cap where the proportions are just right for your head, it feels really good. (I recently got a throwback Angels cap with a similar feel). This has already become one of my favorite caps, I plan to wear it a ton.
Overall, really happy I found out about the Grizzlies. They have a really solid identity.
Today’s hat is a Copa hat from the Fayetteville Woodpeckers, Single A affiliate of the Houston Astros. This is the Frijoles Saltarines de Fayetteville! Frijoles Saltarines translates to jumping beans!
Pick ups from Depop. Some of these second hand hat I find online seem unworn. Lucky me? Or fakes😂
This is a new hat I just got about a week ago and the stickers left an outline when I too them off. This is just my 3rd hat as I’m just now getting into them and don’t know how to resolve this.
Need to find the Chattanooga Lookouts one in my size but can’t find it anywhere.

Just wanted to come on here and give my real world success with shrinking a hat!
I watched a video on IG and had to try it.
I wear a 7 3/4. Sometimes a 5/8 and sometimes a 7/8. But 3/4 is pretty standard. I decided to try shrinking a size 8.
I boiled a pot of water and dipped the back of the hat for 5 minutes. I then immediately threw it in the dryer for 30 minutes.
It worked like a charm. The only issue is that since it was a white hat, the sweat band is more pronounced after shrinking. But this thing fits my head perfectly. It’s a little roomy but definitely wearable. Throwing a stankee in there makes it perfect

This is the cap I've wanted for a really long time. Low Profile 59FIFTY, Toronto Blue Jays rail cap. I'm in SoCal and I've never seen this locally (Lids carries the primary 59FIFTY Jays cap, but that's about it). Couldn't find it online, either. Was randomly browsing the Shop app one day, did a search for "low profile 59fifty," and lo and behold, found it. Had to get it from some Montreal-area shop, had to pay $7 for import duties, but worth it. I love Low Profile 59FIFTY, love rail caps, and love the Jays logo.
I do have this already as a standard 59FIFTY and 39THIRTY M-Crown, but this is my preferred fit and feel. One of the particular reasons is that the actual logo seems to run both smaller and higher up on the other rail caps, especially the latter. It always looked off to me, but the placement on this is perfect. Either I got lucky, or they finally addressed this. I already have two other Low Profile 59FIFTY Jays caps, the primary and the "Oceanside Jays" (part of a larger collection). I also have a Low Profile 59FIFTY Jays batting practice and classic Jays HoF cap coming, should be here in the next few days.
For those who were curious, the caps are made in Haiti. Seems fine to me, I don't really have an issue with anything about it. Seems to look, fit and feel like any other LP 5950 I've got.
