Okay, real question—how many of us keep saying “I should meet more people” and then just… don’t?

We’re hosting a Skip the Small Talk night to Town Hall Collaborative in Denver, if you want an easier way to do that.

You’ll rotate through a series of short conversations using prompts that make it way less awkward than standard networking energy.

It’s low pressure. No weird icebreakers. No forced vulnerability. Just good questions and good people.

Woke up to find the old Element tv that's been used with my PC for countless hours of movies and shows, kids' videos, games, and our Switch had given up the ghost. It's not, with one thing and another, something that's going to be easy to replace for the time being. So for now, posting this here in the off chance that someone here in New Haven has an old PC monitor they wouldn't mind donating (my better half has suggested we can do baked cookies or brownies in trade), to be used for mostly the kids' viewing. Over the years I've built a Jellyfin server filled with Disney/Miyazaki, old and new TV shows and movies for them and myself. Not a flipper, not a reseller, just struggling at the moment, as I'm sure a lot of us are.
