Exciting news about my Armada!!

So I posted a video of my 05 Armada rolling over 319k with no check engine lights on Instagram. Nissan USA saw it and commented, and even messaged me! Not only are they sending me a huge swag pack, but they also want to talk about becoming partners in some of my travels and adventures!! This is the most exciting thing to ever happen to me!

This or that? (Nissan Armada Pro4x)

Im stuck between this first two. Originally ordered the Enkei Trail Cross (Bronze) but it only comes in 9" rim width.

I want to install Nokian Outpost NAT (275/70/18) but the max width is 8.5"

Good A/T tires for snow?

Picking up my 2022 platinum tomorrow, what tires should I put on for winter? I'd rather not have dedicated snow tires so I don't have to change them twice a year. Any good A/T tires that are good all year long with the 3 peaks logo.

2020 Armada Display Upgrade Advise

Hey all. I've got a 2020 Armada Platinum and I'm looking to do a display upgrade. I've seen a lot of options and styles out there and was wondering if anyone had recommendations on a decent 12.3" display upgrade like the one pictured. I want to retain the factory controls, microphone, etc but gain wireless Android Auto and a larger display for the cameras. Anyone had decent luck with one of these!

Window Tinting

2025 Pro 4x
After a long road trip see the benefit of having the front driver/passenger windows tinted. Anyone do this, at what percentage and did it look off with it be in film vs the other windows being applied directly in the glass?

New to me 2021 SL Midnight Edition

Just traded in my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for this 2021 Nissan Armada SL Midnight Edition. Super excited. Just 2 things I wanted to see if anyone else had experience with in the interior. Circled in red. It looks like the display is lifting on the corner. The silver is wrinkling next to the Armada emblem. Any ideas on how to fix/prevent from getting worse?

2025/2026 Armada owners: raw gasoline smell from capless filler after shutdown?

I have a 2026 Armada with less than 200 miles, and I’m trying to determine whether anyone else has experienced this.

Almost every time I drive the vehicle, shut it off, and park in the garage, I get a distinct raw gasoline/vapor smell from the capless fuel-filler area.

What I’m observing:

Strongest immediately after shutdown

Clearly strongest directly at the capless filler opening

Gradually fades, usually within about 30 minutes

No CEL or EVAP codes

No visible fuel leak

No drivability problems

I took it to the dealer. They could not reproduce the odor and found no EVAP codes. They did not perform an EVAP smoke test because they couldn’t reproduce the smell and there were no codes.

Their explanation was that some gasoline odor can be normal because the EVAP/charcoal canister may release pressure/vapor to the atmosphere after shutdown. I’m having a hard time reconciling that with my understanding that the charcoal canister is supposed to capture fuel vapor.

I’ve already found a couple of 2025/2026 Armada owners reporting similar fuel-vapor/gasoline odor issues.

I also found Nissan TSB NTB26-006, which previously addressed a capless fuel-filler lower-seal EVAP leak on these Armadas. Nissan later made the bulletin inactive, so I’m not assuming that’s necessarily what is happening with mine.

For anyone who has experienced something similar:

Did your dealer consider the odor normal?

Did you have an EVAP code or CEL?

Was a smoke test eventually performed?

Did they find an issue with the filler assembly, charcoal canister, tank, or EVAP system?

What ultimately fixed it?

Mainly trying to determine whether this is actually normal capless-system behavior or something I should continue pursuing with Nissan.
