diy spoiler on sentra?

diy spoiler on sentra?

I would like to put a spoiler on my sentra like the one attached. I will be blacking out my sentra, both chrome and windows. I want it to have a sportier look but in a "cool" way? I'm new to having my own car and I know I like it but id prefer it to be tasteful

New wheels on the sentra (2020 B18)

How do these look on the sentra? I was torn between these and the Heritage Monoc Ebisu in chrome, I kinda wish I would have gotten the Ebisu's instead but these are kinda tuff.

Looking for new wheels

I have a 2024 sentra sr in white (no two tones), im getting tired of the oem wheel and im eyeing some enkei ekm3 in hyper silver but im not sure if it would look great, any opinion on it?

Bought a brand new Sentra to find out MyNissan app is useless

I was excited for the features on the car. So advanced and I have never had them before. Watching the demo videos and thought the MyNissan app can help me find my parking spot and start my car remotely. Uhhh… nope. Just scheduling maintenance and instruction manuals.

Need some advice about a Sentra! (Thankful for any and all insight)

Hey guys!

Talked a guy down to $11k for a 2021 Sentra SV with 80k miles on it. Everything with the car is great. Drives great, feels great, and the deal is great- but there’s one lingering thing that he doesn’t seem to think is an issue that is a little concern to me.

All maintenance on the car is up to date, except for the transmission fluid changes- the previous owner thought it was good until 100k miles. When I test drove it, it drove very smooth and didn’t notice a single problem with the transmission at all. Smooth shifting, great rev after stopped, everything seems great.

If I were to buy it, I would do a fluid change immediately and make sure I stay completely up to date on it- but am wondering if there will be looming issues with the transmission since it hasn’t been changed thus far?

I know that it was part of a healthcare fleet before that had someone who religiously looked after the vehicle, except for trans fluid. Most miles are highway miles. (I live in an area of the US that is really only hot for 3 months out of the year).

Thoughts on this?

(Please don’t be rude, I am young and this is my first time purchasing a newer car for myself)

Would you rather finance a newer 2021 Sentra S (6MT) or buy a 2009 Lexus ES 350 cash?

Hey guys, facing a serious daily driver dilemma and need your honest takes.

Looking for a reliable ride for the next 3 to 5 years. I hate Facebook Marketplace, so both of these are sitting at local dealerships right now.

  • The 2021 Sentra S (6MT) has ~58k miles (~94k km). It's modern and bulletproof with the manual, but means taking on a loan (~$10.7k USD / $14.6k CAD before tax).
  • The 2009 Lexus ES 350 has ~126k miles (~203k km). It’s a clean 1-owner car, and I can buy it 100% cash (~$5.1k USD / $6.9k CAD all-in) to stay debt-free, but it’s older.

All the basic info is in the image. If you wanted to stay financially smart without risking a total lemon, which route would you take and why?

Thanks!

Quoted $3k for evaporator replacement on 2019 Nissan Sentra…. reasonable or overpriced?

My son’s 2019 Nissan Sentra AC stopped blowing cold. We took it to a shop and were quoted around $3,000 for an evaporator replacement. They said the high cost is because the dashboard has to be removed. The car still runs fine otherwise.

Does this sound reasonable for this repair, or does the quote sound high? We’re planning to get a second opinion from an independent AC specialist, but I wanted to see what others have paid for similar evaporator repairs. Thx!

Got my new wheels and tires :)

My car’s been needing a makeover for a while now. I really dig the black wheels. Compliments the two-toned scheme nicely

Brand new 2025 Nissan Sentra issues

I bought a brand new 2025 Nissan Sentra and it’s just been problem after problem for me.
First my dad noticed a huge noticeable body panel gap and when I took it to them they said it was normal. It looks terrible like it was fixed by a crappy shop after an accident
After that I found out that one of the clips on the steering wheel trim piece was broken so they replaced the steering wheel but forgot to order the front buttons and trim so I had to go back again.
Now after the second trip my steering wheel feels stiffer and makes noises it didn’t before and so I took it to show them and now I have to make another appointment that’s weeks out and drop my car off for hours AGAIN.
Then I noticed that there are very bad gashing marks on the door panel which I let slide.
Now I’m having issue with my trunk getting stuck to the rubber seal thing.
Also the climate control not always but a lot of times makes such an annoying high pitch sound that they refuse to check properly because they say it’s normal.
I think I’ve been to the dealer like 4-5 times in the 2-3 months I’ve had the car it has 4k miles right now I literally don’t know what to do 😭.

Otis

Otis is my 2026 that just turned 5000 miles so I’m treating it to an oil change and a car wash. Getting better than 30 mpg in town and it looks pretty sharp.

Nissan Sentra 2012 fuse location?

Both my charge port for both my 12v socket and the extra 12v socket in the arm rest are blown (lol no not at the same time

.....lol but I kinda need at least one of those fuses lol

And I don't have the little pull down fuse nap in my interior driver area that's suppose to kinda direct me to which fuse location.

.is there an easier way than to pull each individual fuse is "blown"? But Im hoping someone has the fuse map location lol for this year

So this is my new to me 24 sentra sv. 2nd owner 54k newest lowest mile car ever. Little by little making it my own via mostly amazon lol.

Tried to add a little chrome to the outside. Chrome handles come in tomorrow, hoping they wont look to over the top. I dont want the look that screams cheap autozone add on, fake chrome any more then i have to. But i like the look of chrome. Couple ideas for rims would like to up the rim size at least an inch. Till i can afford them i might spend a little less and opt for red calipers. Finishing interior trim then nexts is front splitter rear spoiler.

Is 9.1m/g a normal consumption for regular city driving?

I wonder because I've noticed a higher consumption lately, I got it used with 30k miles.

People in this group report some good stats which I've never gotten, I'm a smooth driver, no crazy accl and braking every corner.

it's a 22 Sentra SV with currently 38k miles.

If it's not normal what could be related to? That "best" was on a small trip btw. Thanks group.
