Just got my first Sentra!
A 2023 SV. Love it so far; zippy and a lot more fun to drive than my old Malibu beater/daily. Looking forward to adding some nice aesthetic touches (already put on some ceramic window tint).

New Car!! 26 SL!
My car got totaled a month ago, and it really came down to the Kia K4 or the Sentra because both of these interiors are so nice but the Sentra was just too good a deal to pass up, $27.8K OTD. ( Nissan of Mckinney, hit up Justin E ). Anyway, I've had this car 2 days now put 200 miles on it and I'm loving it I call this my budget Lexus cuz that 2 tone beige blue interior, coming from a Mazda 3 the NVH is much better than my old 3, the audio is crisp, and I love how the cabin looks at night, ( and don't get me started on propilot I use that shit everywhere ). This car is just too good a deal to pass up....$27.8K OTD and you get Heated seats, heated steering wheel, 360 Cam, hands off driving, Walk away and approach lighting animations ( one of my fav things about the car ), two tone beige / blue interior with some of the comfiest seats my butt has ever touched, and all the app stuff. I genuinely can't believe this was still under $30K, the K4 GT Line Turbo w Tech Pkg the cheapest I kept finding were $32-33K. I was worried about the CVT and the 150HP, but honestly it doesn't feel as slow as I thought. It's no Ferrari, and it really loves to just cruise at 75-77mph, but it'll pass no problem just don't be scared to wake her up! Overall though, absolutely loving this car, no regrets, I keep having to tell myself ( This is a Sentra? The Sentra is the cheap econobox rental.... Not this upscale thing ). I'm thinking eventually though I'd wanna get the SR bits ( the spoiler, diffuser, SR wheels ) then I'd have the SR look and SL luxury appointments. I also need names for her so far the only one I have is Lily cuz she White on white but if anyone has name ideas lmk! Also if anyone has any tips / tricks / hidden features about the car, lmk! I'm excited to get to know this car. Also sidebar, I love the steering wheel. Looks so nice
Everybody knows that cars look much better with dark tinted windows (ESPECIALLY white ones :)
Anybody have any experience with removeable tint or know of any other options. I was checking this site below out, but IDK anybody that has used something like this before. I think my white car would look tits with a dark tint.
I live in the shit hole state of NY where you're a criminal (guilty until proven innocent). Yeah, i know a lot of america is not as free as they say we are.
It’s on Nissan USA instagram page
It’s a 2024 SR. I love it, and it’s my favorite color combo (orange and black)

Hello everyone, I'm wondering if you can help me. Our AC stopped working and we had the condenser replaced. However the AC coolant leaked even faster after that and it was blowing hot air about 4 hours after repair.
The mechanic said it was Likely a bigger job And he'd have to take the dashboard off and repair the evaporator coil. We agreed even though it was very expensive, and it is now technically working (blowing cold air) but it is also broken in three new ways. Does anyone have a clue what might cause these issues?
The fan blows at half the strength it used to, whether it's on AC or not.
When the fan is switched to outside air it is so meager, it's barely working at all
I cannot turn off AC at all, so if I switch off the AC and have it only blowing as a fan it still comes out cold with the AC coolant. The only way I can stop it using the AC coolant is to have it set to hot.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your advice and input. This mechanic really didn't want to hear that there was a problem, I think he's scared of having to take the dashboard off again and fix it.
Loving my new Tints. Got the car Tuesday night and got it tinted yesterday 😎🔥 20% front doors, 5% back doors and rear windshield. Ceramic tints
Looking for a cheaper car for my teenager. I know cvt transmissions are widely know for problems. Found a 2019 Sentra for 4900. Dealership is offering 6mo/6000mile powertrain. Looks like 3 owners, 1st being a rental company. 131k miles. He would use it for local travel only. It's it a terrible idea?
After I got my car back from the repair shop, this malfunction warning reminded me the car needs attention. They had to put my bumper back on temporarily because the lower part was on national backorder and no ETA on when it can be fixed. Somehow they disabled the blind spot sensor. Ugh #1. I have to live with it until my bumper is replaced.
That icon with a car, seatbelts and 3 Xs stays on for long time when I start the engine. I would rather see the clock there. Ugh #2. Let me know if I know how to turn it off.
Ugh #3. It’s 108 degrees scorching hot outside.
Hey everyone, I just bought a Nissan Sentra 2024 SR from the dealership
Unfortunately when I purchased the car it was missing the “SR” red logo at the front of the car.
I noticed yesterday and I’ve had the car for about 2 months. I called the dealership and they told me to just buy it online it’s like $15 on Amazon. (It’s not on Amazon)
The problem is I cannot find the red emblem online, and when I did find it on the Nissan website it was a chrome colour not red.
So my question to you guys is:
Where can I get it from and how much will it cost?
If you can provide any info or sites (Canadian) it would be very helpful thanks!
I will be getting my roof wrapped black soon.
Planning on getting actually black wheels soon, going to tint windows and add a small spoiler.
Hey all! Got my 2022 nissan sentra sv last week. I like it but something Ive noticed.
Car vibrates....alot when driving especially going 70 on freeway. I can feel this in my teeth its bad.
Car likes to jut forward when changing gears from speeding or slowing.
When driving there is no sound proofing at all, the outside world is extremely loud LOL.
Any tips would be helpful. I got the car used at 69k miles
I recently bought a 2026 sentra SR but i cant use the MyNissan app and then when i ask the chat support they claim my vehicle doesn’t support it. Should i just go to my nearest nissan dealership and see what they say? Someone help please
A close friend is selling me her 2019 Sentra — only 18k miles, one lease before her (one year), clean title, full dealer service history. There was one accident in Dec 2019 (rear-ended, functional damage only, no airbag deployment) and the car actually went through Nissan’s CPO inspection afterward before she got it. l
My hesitation: these Sentras had a well-known CVT transmission issue, and Nissan extended the warranty to 84 months/84k miles — but based on the in-service date, that warranty has likely already expired by time even though mileage is still low. So if the transmission ever fails, I’d be on the hook for a $4-6k repair with zero recourse. On top of that, the service records show regular engine oil changes but nothing indicating the CVT fluid was ever changed separately.
Getting an independent pre-purchase inspection before deciding (specifically asking them to check CVT fluid condition and pull codes)
Is $9k still a good deal given the CVT risk, or would you walk away? Would love to hear from anyone who’s owned this generation of Sentra long-term, especially around CVT fluid maintenance. She has maintained it well and I have seen the car for the last 4 years.
