Luckily, looks like they’re price matching and giving partial refunds to customers who bought American Sweetheart before the price drop. I am one of the people who emailed asking for a price match, so I’m not sure if it’s automatically applied for everyone who bought he initially or if you have to reach out and ask.

First time using Mecari Japan and I was able to get the Nommi Spring Strawberry 🍓 for a really decent price that included shipping, taxes & duties (I’m in the US btw). My usual proxy had only one and wanted to sell her to me for $460, and I just couldn’t believe it nor did I want to take the bullet…. Fortunately I did not give in so easily and was able to get her for a total of $176 🤭🥹🥳 The lesson here is keep searching and do not pay an insane price unless you want to

So yesterday when she came out (6/27) American Sweetheart was $159 and I got her (with a coupon code at least), but then I went to look at her again just now (6/28 2 am) the price dropped to $108...

This is my first time buying from Top Toy, is this normal? I feel like I was tricked, I didn't expect them to just. Lower the price so drastically the day after she was listed for sale on the website :( I thought I was being safe by getting her right away so I didn't miss out

(this is good news for anyone who didn't buy her as soon as they could though at least!)

And just in case you haven't already: If it happened to you too please message toptoy through their support email and ask them to honor the price adjustment on your order! It seems a lot of us this happened to have already done so, so hopefully they'll see none of us are happy about it and they'll make it right. hopefully.

I completely ruined my poor Solace. I don’t know how I was so dumb. So I cuddle her almost every night but I recently rescued a kitten so I’ve been keeping Solace against my wall instead. The issue is I put my small kuromi squishmallow in front of her and kuromi’s black fabric stained her face! I’m so upset this is the first thing I saw when I got home this morning, I decided to pick her up and hold her and immediately noticed her mouth, nose, cheeks and even chin are stained. She looked like she got in a fight or has been cleaning chimneys 😔. I don’t even know how I could clean it off because then it will remove her original blushing and possibly some of her pretty butterfly face paint too. I’m so disappointed in myself. If anyone knows a way I can improve her please let me know.

Edit: I just wanted to add that I know this might seem dramatic or silly to some people but she’s been my comfort item since I got her so it just hits a bit harder I guess

I’ve had them scattered for so long and finally managed to squeeze them together 😅 Definitely need a bigger shelf, but I think this series has been my favorite so far just because I love every single one 💕🎂💕 (s/n Edelweiss is a little malformed so she’s in hiding lol)
