I'm going for a drive with my brother and told him about the cut bogs from Shannonbridge to Mullingar (I think). I drove it myself before and just thought it was a cool look to the right and left, just bleak bog. He loves that kind of misery. So is that my best route, from Shannonbridge to Moate I suppose?
