PSA: all Ohme chargers are apparently offline and need replacing

I’ve seen a few people now with offline chargers, I had the same issue.
A lot of people are saying it needs a reset or connect your smart tariff to the car.
I contacted Ohme and they instantly said we need to replace your charger (free of charge)
When the installer came to swap it out he said apparently they’ve upgraded the firmware, made a mistake, and whoever upgraded it has forgotten their password or something so a lot of the chargers now are just non functional to be connected to the network
Whether that’s true or not I don’t know but call them up and get your charger replaced to get it working

EDIT: as pointed out it depends on the firmware whether your charger was affected or not it’s not all- apologies!!

Ohme : Renault integration removed

Out car is no longer recognised by charger and hasn't been a while, but looks like ohme have simply removed that functionality.

So need to manually tell ohme what charge level is in car when you plug it in. Hardly end of world, just annoying really :)
