End of an era, Audi 80 b3
After nearly 30 years with my family, this beauty will hopefully find a new owner. Just sharing some memories. Back in the days, my parents bought it from the original owner.

Hello, I picked up an Audi 90 a while back and have been going through and fixing it up. I am struggling with an issue where the electronics won't turn off. I think it could be the relay for the windows and doors, but I am not sure.
Here is the issue: when I turn off the car and pull the key, I can still operate the windows (when they are working). I don't have any functioning lights in the cabin, but I noticed when I had the back seats down that the light in the trunk never shuts off. I also will have issues where the windows will stop working while I am driving. (This is annoying because the AC does not work. The fan does, but no temp control) First, I want to fix the window and lights issue because I think it is the reason the battery drains when I park the car. Then I'll try to fix the AC.
The previous owner did the LED fog lights, but as far as I am aware, they shouldn't be pulling on the battery, as they were wired into the factory fog light switch and relay. I haven't done a ton other than some suspension work since I bought it.
Howdy partners! I recently got my hands on a 1988 US-spec Audi 80 here in Russia, and I'm really eager to dig up some of its US history and learn more about this specific market model, as they are pretty rare over here.
Are there any ways to track down more info about previous owners? I have a Carfax report showing it was first registered in Rochester, NY, and then had 3 subsequent owners across Pennsylvania before going to auction. Has anyone had luck finding previous owners on Facebook or elsewhere?
What would the estimated original MSRP have been? I bet it's a pretty basic version for the US spec (full power windows/mirrors/sunroof, A/C, Audi/Blaupunkt Auto Reverse Cassette Radio, 2.0L, 3-speed Automatic, Velour interior with an armrest). If anybody has any scans of the 80 B3 US brochures, that would be much appreciated!
It has a "#1 Cochran" sticker on the bumper and two white and red pinstripes running down both sides of the car. What could be the story behind the stripes? Was it a typical dealership add-on back in the day, or factory paint?
Question about the VIN on the firewall. All the stickers on this car have the WAUEB0... VIN, which indicates the US spec. But on the firewall itself, it’s stamped with a WAUZZZ... VIN (with the same ending digits). Is it true that Audi stamped the US-spec bodies with the standard Euro WAUZZZ VIN at the factory, but then coded them as WAUEB0 on the official tags for the US market?
Lastly, I'm looking for a 3D-printable model for the bumper plugs (I believe the part numbers are 893 807 245 and 893 807 246). I can’t imagine how to find them anywhere.
Thanks in advance for any info!
Wich rims should i get for my car 600€ max

So i was driving my C4 S6 Avant about to go on a camping trip, drove up my buddies steep bumpy gravel driveway, shut the car off, loaded up started it up and made our way down and to the store.
Parked in the Parking lot, walked in for 2 minutes, tried to start my car and cranks fires up for a second and then immediately dies
Had to get it towed, waited a day and then started diag
cñChecked fuel pump running, spark, replaced dirty spark plugs and coils, checked fuses, did a compression test, and replaced the fuel filter. Still nothing
I ordered a replacement cam position sensor thinking that could be the issue, but other than that I'm at a loss. Anybody had their AAN powered Audi run fine then just refuse to start up?
Hey! I was considering buying a C3 100 with the KZ- code 2.2 10v K-Jetronic from my neighbor for as a summer/project car and the fuel lines need to be replaced. Are the fuel lines same on a 2.1 or a 2.0 10v? The lines are fire mildly (yeah right) damaged so they leak, my neighbor said. The chassis doesn’t have pretty much any rust apart from the rear axle
There are some electric wires in the engine bay that need to be replaced too but I’ll concentrate on the fuel lines now. Also brakes need to be done, oil change, but to get some fresh fuel, fuel filter and fuel lines is first in my priority list now
I found this 1993 Audi selling for 3.8k, and it's in great condition from the looks of it and has 80k miles and growing since this is the sellers daily driver.
I'm just not sure why it hasn't sold yet, and I'm wondering, is this car a pain to own?
I've tried to do research on these cars, but information is difficult to find. Im aware old german cars are difficult to own since parts are hard to come by and their foreign but it's a beautiful car so I wouldn't mind spending the money to maintain it. Im gonna give it a look tomorrow. I just wanted some opinions!
