My first TTRPG!

My first TTRPG!

I finally published my first TTRPG for this year's jam! The art and graphic design are by my immensely talented partner.

PLUNDERWHERE! is a goofy dungeon romp for 2-5 players and a host. You're all dropped in different spots in a dungeon. You need to find each other, find treasure, and find your way out.

Currently plays as a one-shot where the thief who escapes with the most treasure wins at the end of the session, but I'm playing with some ideas to expand it with progression hooks and other settings. I'm excited for people to play it and let me know how it can be improved!

I just released a new One Page RPG for the itch.io jam

Check out Rat Catchers, a hack of Die A Hundred Times by kobayashi to emulate low-fantasy old world roleplaying. Just put this one together today when I decided to enter the jam, and finding out it ended today.

Vaultbreaker - A one-page solo RPG dungeon crawler

Hey hey hey! I finally wrapped up (I hope) my submission for the One-Page RPG Jam! This is my first time working out an RPG, it's nothing crazy just a simple dungeon crawler where you generate rooms as you progress but I had a lot of fun making it :)

It's free to download (pay what you want, but free is good lol) and there's a black and white printer friendly version, too. Thanks for checking this out!

edit: doh! Forgot to post a link to the game lol:

The Unretirables: reluctant reunion of retired superheroes

Indie RPGs Dublin community is back for this year's One-Page RPG Jam with our entry: The Unretirables.

You play as retired superheroes reluctantly reuniting one last time, because there's no one else who can save the world. Now, however, you face not only villains but also your own frailty and on top of that, all that drama that caused the original team to fracture and disband in the first place.

So dust off the spandex and get ready to hurl killer robots into volcanoes while simultaneously addressing years worth of unresolved grievances.

The Whole of Us a Solo Journaling RPG about becoming a complete personality

I just released THE WHOLE OF US, a Solo Journaling RPG I made for One Page RPG Jam 2026.

The basic idea is that you play one person divided into multiple personalities.

https://pusheeneiro.itch.io/twou

You start with three personalities, each with their own Strength, Weakness and Desire.

The main mechanic is that you choose what your character tries to do, but you don't freely choose which personality takes control.

If you fail a test, the current personality becomes less stable and the failure may create a completely new personality, one capable of doing what the previous one couldn't.

Personalities can also fulfill their Desires and eventually become integrated into the whole, passing what they learned on to the remaining personalities.

The current release is the printer-friendly one page edition, and I'm giving it away 100% free for the launch.

Thanks for checking it out!

Barbarian, Thief and Sorcerer - Lite Edition

Hey all,

When considering entry to a one-page rpg jam, I decided time was right for us to publish some version of my game, Barbarian, Thief and Sorcerer. It was a fun exercise to condense the spirit of a 100 pages game into a single page.

I hope it also shows some improvements over our previous one-page game. I had few but meaningful discussions over it and wanted to see if I could put those into practice.

Thanks for your time, hope to hear your comments.

Become the rabble-rousing leader of a goblin city-state.

Rise to power by way of outrageous promises and cowardly backpedaling!

Pander to one of four factions, with zero regard for cost, feasibility, or reality itself!!!

This is a single-page city-building RPG for 2 to 4 (or more) players
It requires only a deck of cards, two 20-sided dice, and some pencils/paper.

S.WORDS: A two-player RPG of swordplay, insults, and hand management

I recently finished S.Words, a one-page RPG for two players using one ordinary deck of cards. I made it for the One-Page RPG Jam.

Each player portrays a Victorian duelist. Every exchange is either an Attack, which depletes the opponent’s hand, or an Insult, which manipulates its composition. The Insult must be an actual sentence said by the player.

I tried to write the entire game as a letter from one gentleman challenging another to a duel while explaining its rules. That is also why there is a space for a signature at the bottom: ideally, you sign the challenge and hand it to the person you wish to play with.

Both players secretly choose a card and reveal simultaneously:
-If the defender matches the acting duelist’s suit, they Counter and win regardless of rank.
-Otherwise, the higher rank wins an Attack.
-The lower rank wins an Insult.
-Equal ranks favour the acting duelist.
-Aces may be declared high or low.

I'll leave the details out of this post, so it doesn't become too long.

Players also divide five hidden Reserve cards among Swordplay, Wit, and Guile. After losing an appropriate exchange, a Reserve may replace the card originally played and force the result to be evaluated again.

A player with no cards remaining is defeated.

There are also two Jokers, treated as outright cheating: playing one causes the duelists to exchange their remaining hands, discard everything received, and redraw the same number of cards.

https://velitrpgs.itch.io/s-words

I would appreciate feedback on:

  1. Does the defender’s same-suit Counter feel satisfying? Like predicting what your opponent would do.
  2. Are Insults strategically worthwhile beside Attacks, given that they rearrange cards rather than directly reducing the opponent’s hand?
  3. Are the hidden Reserves(the "attributes" of this system) text understandable?
  4. Does the Joker create an entertaining reversal, or does it disrupt the duel too severely?
  5. Is there anything in the one-page rules that you could not confidently resolve at the table?

I am especially interested in criticism from people reading the rules without me present, since clarity is harder to judge once one already knows how the game is supposed to work.

And of course, If you have any patience left to rate the game on itch, I would greatly thank you.

Toll - collect money and fulfil your dreams

Hi there,

I created a game for this year's One Page RPG Jam! Toll is about entering the bridge-keeping business when you're not a troll, and you have no bridge. In fact, your pockets are empty, but your heart is full of dreams, so you decide to work hard - you keep a river crossing, you maintain it and develop, all for the money you collect from your clients.

Toll is for you if you like to:

  • journal,
  • spend your days by the river,
  • build your little place on this world and make it beautiful.

Toll is free and up for grabs here: https://solskaia.itch.io/toll

Your house is the dungeon. Survive until dawn.

THIS HOUSE WANTS YOU DEAD is a little experiment I made for the One Page RPG Jam 2026.
You’ve just moved into your dream home. Bought for a song at auction. The previous owner died there of “natural causes”.

Your goal is simple: survive until dawn.
Instead of generating a fictional house, you use the layout of a home you already know, preferably the one you live in. As you play, doors stop leading where they should and you map the contradictions.

The solo oracle uses your house key and two coins, and the scenes ask you to physically interact with the space around you: turning off lights, staring through dark windows, listening at the front door, looking into mirrors…
The kind of things that creep me out in the middle of the night, in a darkened room when everyone else is asleep.

It’s PWYW on itch if anyone fancies giving it a go:

Would genuinely love to hear how people get on with it.

One page rpg - done?

I joined the one page RPG jam again. I enjoy thinking about how to structure RPGs but writing them is HARD.

This one - Bones & Bullets (not really a good name) - is a gmless game whose closest ancestor is Avery Alder’s Belonging Outside Belonging games and PbtA generally.

I often find that there are things I want to explore when I do these RPG jams but I inevitably get sidetracked and make something a little different than what I had in mind to start. I guess that’s inevitable. There are a lot of rough edges even in such a small piece. Maybe I will try to file them down.

Anyway - if you have thoughts, I’d love to hear them.

https://damn-golem.itch.io/bones-and-bullets

Edit: I used Affinity (the Canva version) for this and I kind of enjoyed it. I’m no graphic designer and it wasn’t awful, though I did need to watch a couple of tutorials. So good practice there I guess.

Living Documents - A Solo Book Creation Game

https://cryptmouseart.itch.io/living-documents

Living Documents is a solo TTRPG in which you play as a literary translator looking for your next book to translate. You roll a new book each turn, and it's up to you whether you want to translate it or continue searching.

-

Hi all, I've finished my first ever game for the One-Page RPG Jam 2026!!

It's currently standalone, but I've designed it as the prologue for a longer solo TTRPG I'm working on, a horror journalling game about translation and obsession.

It's up for free if anyone wants to try - and any advice/constructive criticism would be appreciated, as I'm v much a beginner at game design!!

Play as a melting Greenland glacier caring for a struggling polar bear

I got my second submission ready for the one-page RPG jam just in time: Play as a melting Greenland glacier caring for a struggling polar bear in "It's a warm day in the arctic and you are a Greenland glacier", my solo TTRPG of arctic ecology. https://sleepy-badger-games.itch.io/its-a-warm-day-in-the-arctic-and-you-are-a-greenland-glacier It turned out quite board-game-y for a solo TTRPG. I tried to design a journaling game you could actually win or loose. (As per Skeleton Code Machine suggestion )
Please let me know what you think. Oh, and with the help of my Mexican partner I could also release it in Spanish! Yay!
