So my wife and I are considering upgrading our membership to the diamond level. One of my concerns is how any upfront deposit is paid. Does it have to be paid on signing or do you have some grace period before it needs to be paid. What percentage of the total contract would need to be paid? Thanks for any responses.

We are 6 adults and 1 baby hoping to vacation in early December. Our priorities are beach and relaxation, not as much activities. We were considering Beach Palace but I’m concerned with the delay in their opening. Has anyone been that can comment on these options? We are also not members and wondering what provides the best value given the higher rate
