You think I’d be able to have this bracelet exchanged at a Pandora store for the right size? I was going to gift it for my sister but just measured her wrist and it was a 7”, she won’t have room to have charms on it if it even fit🤦🏽♀️
I just received my Oogie Boogie charm today from shopthemeparks and I noticed there is a big noticeable line going across Oogie’s front stomach area and his back. Does anyone else’s Oogie Boogie have the same mark?
I'm trying to build my collection a bit and i've turned to vinted but the authenticity is usually a bit question. sooo are these charms authentic pandora?
Consigli?
My daughter lost her pandora bracelet that she got for her 18th birthday.
This was gifted to her literally a week before KCon LA 2026.
I know it's a long shot but it has a lot of sentimental value in it so we are desperate... (She never takes them off but now we know better)

I’m trying to collect as many 14k gold retired charms to fit my theme. I have a few more pink charms I think I’ll add onto here but I’m really liking that it’s not completely full. I wish Pandora still sold solid gold charms. If anyone has any good website or seller recommendations for gold charms (in the uk & doesn’t need to be official Pandora) please let me know!! 💞✨👼🏼
I found this online, and want to buy it but I’m not sure if this is authentic….
I wanna buy the gold plated Cuban or a charm bracelet but everywhere I see says that it won't last forever. I know I won't but if I took really good care of it, would it? I have had a ring for about 8 months now and it hasn't tarnished/ the metal hasn't gone bad or anything.
My wrist size is 6” & had purchased this foxtail chain in 6.7” bracelet size. Just ordered another foxtail chain in 7.1” size a lil bit bigger incase I do add on more :)
Edit: Thank you kind peeps! I was feeling quite sus about these charms already and you helped me to see the sad truth. I like these charms because pasta! but I don't appreciate being lied to, so I will get back to the etsy seller.
I wanted to get matching charms for my friend and I as we're both pasta fanatics, but of course my idea came 8 years too late after Pandora released their pasta charm.
I found an Etsy seller (yes, naive I know) who advertised these as new charms and told me in a DM that they were genuine. I bought 2, but one of them arrived with a blurred "9" stamp. When I contacted the seller, they offered to send me a new one without having to return the faulty one and now I am seriously doubting the authenticity of these charms.
Any advice on whether I should request a refund? Or if you own a pasta charm, does it have a certain weight? Or do these seem legit? Please be kind, thank you.
The Pandora NZ website no longer shows product reviews. I have to visit the US website to see the rating and user reviews. Not great for transparency. I wonder if it is in preparation for anticipated criticism for their new plated jewellery. But well, I can only guess 🤷♀️
Don’t own a safety chain yet but I figured I’d get one to add to my bracelet just incase but will this work for this style??
Does anyone know if this Leo Pandora charm has the picture engraved or is it just a stamp? I am afraid it's just painted/stamped on and will erase eventually after using it regularly. I hope I make sense.
It's for my birthday on the 18 🥹
context, i live in singapore and often travel overseas to get charms. i bought a silver blue cherry blossom dangle charm in japan. recently i noticed that the blossom part fell out, leaving the frame still on my bracelet.
i inspected the remaining charm and found that there is a very small hole in the charm which i believe to be a defect.
i went to a pandora store to ask if i could do an exchange since it was a defect piece, but i was told that i would need to email customer service with the original receipt and see if they will accept it and do an exchange for me?
if i were to fly back to japan however, since i bought the charm there, would i be able to just do the exchange without all this hassle of emailing customer service and whatnot?
i have attached a (blurry) pic of the charm in its current state
We’re retiring our Thin Core Glass beads 💛
A little Elfbeads update for collectors here: we’ve decided to gradually retire our older Thin Core Glass format as we move forward with our newer unified glass core.
These beads have been part of Elfbeads for many years, and there are so many designs in this collection that we still absolutely love. But it’s time for this chapter to come to an end.
We’ve put together one final group of Thin Core beads at 40% off through August 21. After August 21, anything remaining in this collection will be removed from the event.
If there’s an older glass design you’ve had sitting on your wishlist, this is a good time to take another look. Some of these little worlds won’t be coming back once they’re gone. ✨
The retirement collection is here:

And as always, if anyone has questions about whether a particular bead is Thin Core, feel free to ask us here. 💛
