Summer fun

Hitting up PC September 1st - 9th!

I’m 22 and going with my gf to see my parents, they are staying at the mountains valley RV resort. Looking for the best hikes, bars and eating, and random fun stuff to do. I would say anything under 10 miles will be good for the hiking, I also love to downhill mountain bike, had a badass time in crested butte on a rented bike lol. I saw that deer valley does bike rentals, is that the only spot or is there something better?

Also I grew up fishing for trout with my dad, not fly fishing though. If anyone’s got a good spot let me know pls!

Dog sledding 3 people

Hi! We will be taking our son for his senior trip in March and want to do dog sledding in between skiing. It seems like all the places are 2 adults or 350lb limit. How can we do this as a family? Do we have to book 2 sleds for 3 people? In keystone we went to a place that 4 adults could swap up, 2 at a time and the other 2 rode behind a snow mobile. Is that available at Park City?

Yuki Yama - went downhill?

Been visiting park city for years and used to love Yuki Yama. Past few times we’ve gone, we’ve felt the quality in food and service has declined. Anyone else experience this? Any other good sushi recommendations in park city?

Resort ideas

We are planning a 4 day trip in mid December and are looking for recommendations on a place that is close to resorts (by shuttle) where we can take skiing and snowboarding lessons. Would also like to be close to restaurants. Any ideas?

Deer Valley Music Festival

Hi, we're going to a concert for the first time and have a few questions. We also found the website to be a bit unclear. We have seated tickets, not general admission, if makes a difference. Thanks in advance!

  1. Which parking option is closest to the amphitheater?
  2. If they start letting people in at 6, how early should we plan to get to the parking lot?
  3. Are the gourmet picnic options worth it?
