Parramatta food owners, best takeaway containers for heavy or greasy food delivery?

Honestly struggling a bit with our delivery orders lately. We serve pretty heavy, saucy meals and a few of our regular paperboard containers keep going soggy by the time UberEats drops them off.

We tried some vented sugarcane clamshells recently which helped with steam, but for anything super greasy, sauce still bleeds through if it sits in a bag for 20 mins. My chef wants to jump back to heavy duty plastic, but I really don't want to go backwards on eco options if we can avoid it.

For anyone running a venue or food truck around Parramatta doing high-volume delivery, what containers are actually holding up for you without turning into mush?

i have to travel from parramatta to kingswood via train, it would be around 8am - 1pm. is it safe or better of driving? 19F

i'm a uni student, and i either have the option of catching the train or driving between the campuses. i was originally gonna catch the train to save the drive but people are saying that kingswood train station is a super dodgy area. passes through mt druitt too 😬

i am already paranoid as it is travelling public transport in general, so if its not worth it pls say so

Parkrun at the Park?

Hey guys,

I saw a post yesterday re Parramatta Park Run and saw it was more in Ermington/Rydalmere.

Are there any groups who do Parra Park weekly?

Would be keen to socially join for a 5km or so.
