Both around 5 months - ich kann nicht sagen, welches Case mir besser gefällt.
Wie sehr ihr das? Welches ist euer Favorit?

Been carrying those copper scales on my rambler for over a year now, loving the look it has in the light.
got myself a Tekmomo case for 17pm and I’m really looking forward to see how it will patina! Next to the Tekmomo is the Andar case for iphone 13 mini after ~400 days normal use (I’ve got it since April 2025 and use it almost all the time until recently). The last image is the same Andar case - day 1 when I first got it, the color looks a bit orange because of the sun light 😁
This is a Gold Pfeil (Gold Arrow) organizer/clutch/second bag made in Offenbach in West Germany during the 1980s.
This was Gold Pfeil’s signature “Oxford” leather in Oxblood.
What made the Oxford leather special was that all the hides were sourced from stable-reared Southern German Bulls (super strong and without scars from bug bites or wire fences), vegetable pit tanned for months, and aniline dyed—but then, in the Offenbach factory, the artisans would hand rub black dye into the hide’s natural topography, imparting the slight two tone effect we see here.
I picked this up from Japan and I am happy to give this beauty a second life.
Man, do I love veg-tanned leather!
My saddle brown Ryan London 15 Pro case got revisited this week after 9 months of using my other one. It’s about 2 years old. I wiped it down with a microfiber and some very mild soap and after handling it for a week it’s regained its smoothness.
Feat. my trusty bifold money clip Tecovas wallet.
1,5 year old and going strong! This is honestly the best leather product I’ve ever owned. Strong magnet and find my built in works flawlessly! I love that I can play a sound when I can’t find it in my apartment.
I bought this wallet and had it custom-made. I'm really happy with it, except for the edges. The maker said that they were burnished, but it doesn't look like the quality work that I expected for the price I paid. Should I take it to a cobbler to have him fix it? Or what should I do? The last pic is the top which has a pocket for cash, that's why it's not sealed.
Edit: I bought it from an Etsy shop (Balabanoff) for a total of $144 - original product (shell cordavan rocado marble leather outside), custom addition (horween Dublin leather inside), taxes, and shipping.
Got this leather case from a company called Snakehive. Never dropped my phone, just been in my back pocket for a few hours and this was on day one. Worth sending back or will it just blend in with time as it develops patina?
I’m gonna try this kordiz full grain case. Wondering if I should go with dark brown, crazy horse rustic brown, or saddle. They all look good but for some reason I really like the way the crazy horse looks. Wonder if that will harm the way the leather feels in hand. It has a really nice look to it though.
I just bought this case and put it on my phone yesterday. After one night on my MagSafe charger this ring appeared. I know overtime this happens but is it normal for it to happen so fast? Would leather conditioner fix this?
I thought it would be fun to have a post dedicated to patina.
Maybe we keep it simple:
