Is my boy part Patterdale?

We rescued my boy at 5 months old, he is now just over a year old. His mam was 13, his dad was 1! He was in an awful situation, not vaccinated, full of worms and incredibly malnourished but now he is thriving! We were told that he was a Jack Russel x Cockapoo but I’m not sure if I fully believe that. The dad was apparently a stray and not even her dog (the real owners apparently came back for him - like I say, an awful situation!). I just wonder if you think there’s some Patterdale in him. I know terriers have similar traits but he exhibits a lot of Patterdale traits!

A long day of chaos

After what’s clearly been a long day of playing and jumping fences, Rox has decided to cuddle up with her sister…I bet this lasts 10 minutes before she’s up causing havoc again 🤣

Do you think he could be a Patterdale?

He's a rescue and we have no idea of his background . Seems a bit small but his head and face match the breed, the colouring had me puzzled though?

Update: Weekend trip one week after rescue

The resilience of patterdales never fails to astonish me. He's been such a good boy (except when we met 2 dogs within 3 minutes and he had a panic) So proud of him ❤️
