Mr. Troublemaker is back
I like Floyd. But he's my neighbors . He comes down to hang with my turkeys . It used to be cool until they started fallowing him home. Sorry Floyd , nobody's getting out today until you go home 😂😂😂

It's worse than election day. You can't get by them.
Bronze hen has a surprise for us this morning. She was setting three eggs. I don't know if there are more under her.
She was on a clutch of 6 last year and one of the "helpers" accidentally collected the eggs. I was pissed.
The only cock with her is a bronze white-eye. Not sure if she has pied or white eye. What is the method of inheritance for the pied and white eye?
Peafowl, including a leucistic Peackock in the gardens of the Lisbon City Museum.
Anyone else's males starting to molt a little early this year . We've shed all of our lengthy feathers already.

Hi! I have this beautiful little Peachick, but I'm not sure about the gender. I was thinking that it is a female, but I'm not sure.
To add, my other Peachick unfortunately passed away, and I haven't found a buddy yet, apart from my chicken chicks, but I'm working on a solution! Suggestions are welcome!
The gender of the chick will also be a determinating factor to consider.
Peacock drawing I need to take a break from animating, I did those with crayola markers. Also while I was drawing this my dad was abandoning me again to be with his girlfriend and leave us alone at home (I’m 14)
The red triangle next to it was supposed to be a cardigan but my marker had mold or something on it
Anyways I hope you liked this small doodle of mine!
There’re wild peacocks roaming in my neighborhood and saw an injured peacock yesterday. Not sure what hit it but It’s missing its head feathers and part of the skin on its head. We took it into the garage overnight (it didn’t resist much when they usually do) and provided food and water just in case there’re coyotes but not sure what else to do to help him. Called some animal hospitals and they all said they don’t treat peacocks. Today it’s mainly hiding in a bush and didn’t move much but I think it still eats and drinks. Would he recover on his own? What else can I do to help him?
We ended up grabbing some peafowl eggs at an incredibly steep discount, 4 for $20. The individual who sold them to us had a small last minute clutch and she couldn't guarantee if they were viable or not, so we took the chance at $20. This morning I woke up to two perfectly beautifully healthy Indian blue peafowl chicks. The dream of owning one of my favorite birds on this planet has become a reality.
Any guesses on the gender of my two 8 week old peachicks?
