sunburn peels with sound

I got a pretty bad sunburn last weekend and it just started to peel. I’ve never had a sunburn peel in such big sheets. You can even hear the peeling.

Accidentally peeled off skin here, what do I do now?

Accidentally Peeled off way to much yesterday while trying to remove a little patch, it bled a little and then I cleaned it and put a bandaid over it.

(Didn't know that my toe has this many layers 😭)

My sunburn

For context: I went camping over the weekend and I was badly burned at the back of my neck till the point where it blistered the following day.

And let me tell you I couldn't move my head from side to side in the first few days. So I decided to take pictures of my neck over the following days.

Ocd is running my scalp

Guys,

I can't stop doing this. Sometimes product builds up on my scalp and I pick at it. This creates a wound. It scabs over. I NEED to pick the scab off. It has gotten to a point where I have about 10 scabs on my scalp that I pick multiple times a day. I scratch them off and collect them. The bigger the scab is, the more satisfying it is. I'm not talking dandruff, I am talking CUTS. Sometimes my head bleeds. I have formal coming up (I'm 17f for reference) and need to stop picking at these sores on my scalp so that my hair stylist doesn't freak out. But I just cannot stop picking them off. It hurts so bad and I do it more when I am stressed. How do I stop?

I got it from skating a few days ago and after my shower today there was water coming through it so I had to peel it off rather than let it soak in gross scab water for god knows how long
