I was watching the Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948) and stumbled on this and had to take a snap. Wow! It’s a shame that other capital letter forms are not shown.
Does anyone know what this is exactly and where I could find the rest?
Is there a foundation hand that is good for journaling?
I want to journal frequently, for personal introspection so I want to be able to read it later.
However, my natural handwriting is inconsistent AND years ago I picked up calligraphy so I can write nicely, but it requires effort.
At work, I use pencils and sharpies and get compliments on my penmanship ( If they only knew).
I tend to use fountain pens and find that my (unjoined ) italic slows me down because I lift the pen.
I'm tempted to revisit Palmer but it evoked unpleasant school memories.
Can anyone relate?
