Hello everyone, probably a weird question but wanted insights from ole Reddit. My girlfriend loves Pentatonix and they're playing at our local city the weekend of our anniversary. I currently have a ring and was thinking something completely different till I saw the email that they'll be playing. I was thinking of getting VIP tickets and trying to coordinate with staff to have a moment to propose there. Is that a good idea or not at all? Would love the feedback this would be near the end of November.

Reddit has some new rules and appears to have some type of AI moderators making changes of their own. Perfectly fine posts and comments have been removed for no reason that we can see. Just saw the recent concert announcements and am a bit disappointed

For the first time in years, they’re not coming to New England. No shows in CT, MA, etc. That’s really a disappointment because my Mom and I made it a tradition to go every year. The closest location is Albany, NY, which is like 3 hours away from where we live (we’re from Rhode Island).

PTX Contract

I'm curious to see wha ttheir contract involves. It feels like PTX is on a downward slide with the group. From every video, tiktok or whatever the concerts just don't seem entertaining like they used to be. they focus on their christmas shows.

I feel like a lot of us can agree with this comment 😭

Yes I know they all have families now blah blah blah, I’ve heard that a zillion times but I don’t understand what that has to do with being sick of Christmas music. Like who likes Christmas music this much 😭. We just want originals or even covers. I’m getting Christmas music fatigue. I know I’m not the only one. I know that Pentatonix obviously can’t go back to what they use to be back in the 2010s but they can do something different than music that’s for one season.

New Christmas tour dates dropped

Really bummed they decided not to make it to Massachusetts or Connecticut this year. Looks like they’re going to some new spots though so if the decision was to spread the love around, I guess I’ll be grateful for the years they did come around. Albany on a Sunday night could be an option for us but it would be tricky.
