One of my greatest thrift find

Thought I'd share a pair that people may not have seen....

These were released in 1992 in limited numbers, with a few other models that featured gold arrows to mark the anniversary. Sadly, this pair's temple text has mostly worn away but it originally featured a 75th anniversary logo on the inner right temple next to the model and size number(you can see it faintly in the picture)

This colour way is listed as D6 and is like a red brown colour, which I've not seen on any future pairs. (was maybe unique for this launch..) The other colour I've seen is 24 which looks incredible with the gold arrows..These 75th anniversary pairs all came with a unique alligator style 649 case and a numbered tag...........super rare pair ........

Hi! I eredited a pair of Persol Ratti 58230, by looking online it is the "Terminator 2" model, although not in the same color worn by Schwarzenegger in the movie.

I am really struggling to understand if this piece holds significant value of not, I see crazy prices on eBay, but I doubt they really sell at those prices.

Any idea of the value? They are in good conditions, very light scratches on the original Persol lenses, no major defects.

I’ve never seen this type of logo on the lenses (my apologies for my naïveté) and they’re on both top corner of their respective lenses.

Out of curiosity are these during the time they were bought by Luxottica or prior to that?

Having trouble deciding between a couple of Persols I tried on recently: the 3288S and 714SM. Thoughts on which looks better?

The new persol cassina collection collab. Love this frame. It's beautiful. Full Havana acetate frame with glass terracotta brown lenses.

I'm new to Persol, and have to admit, I'm really excited. These two above are my newest pairs of sunglasses. After not buying any new sunglasses for years and relying on my 10 to 12-year-old Ray-Bans, along with a few pairs from Couch, Oakley, and Bollé, I bought a pair of Maui Jim Puakea last year. That was already somewhat of an upgrade, but it wasn’t until this season that I picked up two additional models from Persol. And wow, I have to say, that’s a real step up! They feel great and like real high-quality. I like the 649s, which I bought with gradient lenses (PO0649 24/86 54-20) for overcast or changing weather. But I'm especially fond of the Persol Jean (PO3310S 24/B1 54-18). Strangely enough, there's very little information about them, both on Reddit and elsewhere. Why is that? Are the Jeans a newer Persol model? Because, as I said I think they're amazing. I like them so much that I ordered another one in black with green polarized lenses (PO3310S 95/31 54-18).
