Is this pet regression

I don’t have access to professional help (I promise not in a mean way I’m just worried it’s something other than pet regressio) so I’m gathering some ideas at least, I was at the beach

I forgot to finish the got yelled at for but I got yelled at for getting in the car without changing into dry clothes but I don’t remember getting there in the first place

im new to this is it normal? I didn’t mean for it to happen I wasn’t even planning on getting in because the water was brown looking

Help

I just found out recently that I petre. I told my fiancé and he is cool with it; however, I got scared to actually say what I wanted while regressed and now he doesn’t know what to do and neither do I. And it’s not that he would be weirded out or anything, he even offered to buy me gear. I just get really closed off when finding out something new. Has anyone been through similar and if so, how did you finally open up?
