Marcos: I’m the only one who acted on alleged flood control anomalies

‘BAKIT KO SISIRAIN ‘YUNG RAKET KO, ‘DI BA?’

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. took a swipe at his critics, saying he is the only president who has taken concrete steps to address alleged anomalies in flood control projects.

Marcos said the pattern of questionable flood control projects dates back to before his administration, noting that former President Rodrigo Duterte had acknowledged the problems but that no one was held accountable.

“[Former] President Duterte acknowledged that there were great problems in terms of the flood control projects pero wala namang nangyari. Having acknowledged it, they did not find accountability in anybody. So, that I guess that was left up to me to do,” Marcos said.

He also rejected allegations linking him to the alleged anomalies, saying it would make no sense for him to dismantle a scheme if he were benefiting from it.

why can't sara duterte just resign as vp?

di ba kapag nag-step down siya sa pwesto eh automatic na ihihinto ang impeachment trial against her? why can't she just do it?

Others already forgot SenRi's contributions, so let me remind you alk

Grace under pressure. You know what, Senator Risa is the embodiment of this idiom. After days of being criticized for focusing on the game GoreBox in the aftermath of the Tacloban school shootings, she finally made her point loud and clear yesterday, during the Senate hearing that tackled the incident.

First, Senator Risa made the public aware about an extremist group known as “764” which grooms and radicalizes children to commit violence, and which is already considered by the FBI as a significant national security threat.

The hearing also revealed that the group may already be operating locally and that cyber sleuths are of the opinion that the Tacloban shooting may be the group’s first ever “completed attack” anywhere in the world.

Senator Risa also found out that a total of 24 minors have so far been rescued by the PNP from being influenced by the online extremist network.

Most importantly, the hearing also focused on the personal stories of the victims’ families themselves and why the tragedy is ultimately about justice, accountability, adult supervision, and how we can keep our children safe.

Imagine if Senator Risa were just like any trapo who will fold and walk back once subjected under heavy criticism just to save her skin and her political career.

Senator Risa instead stood firm and stayed calm and went ahead with the hearing, knowing she and her team were on to something.

Just as how she and Senator Win looked into POGOs when no one else did, opening a can of worms in the process from human trafficking, to torture, to Alice Guo, leading ultimately to the permanent ban on POGOs, Senator Risa somehow knew there’s something more to the shootings than what the online narratives have focused on.

This just goes to show that when Senator Risa knows she’s on the right track and on to something big, no amount of pressure or criticism can derail her. That’s the mark of a good, decisive leader.

Narcissistic Hagonoy Mayor and Vice Mayor

Pag DDS talaga matic bobo

I'm not a kakampink, nor a Marcos or Duterte supporter, but I would have to agree that being a DDS is definitely a sign of total ignorance and low IQ and fanaticism. Imagine a leader promoting EJK and not following due process, making it look like that it's okay to have trashy behaviour, minumura ang diyos, sold out own country to China, tapos susuportahan mo parin siya? So yes, being a DDS is a sign that you are indeed a stupid idiot

What are your opinion on Martin Romualdez for Vice President and Leni Robredo for President in 2028? I believe that would be a sure win.

What are your opinion on having Martin Romualdez run for Vice President alongside Leni Robredo for President in 2028? Personally, I believe this combination could be a strong and strategic tandem with a real chance of securing a major victory. Martin’s strong political influence, legislative experience, and access to resources could play a significant role in supporting national development. I also admire how the current administration has implemented policies such as the increase from 7% to 12% tax, as it reflects an effort to generate more funds that can be used to improve infrastructure, public services, and the country’s overall development. Combined with Leni’s established public trust, leadership experience, and reform-driven image, this partnership could create a balanced ticket capable of attracting broad support from different sectors of Philippine society.

Duterte VS Marcos

Why not impeach Marcos so Sara Duterte can become president? That way, her supporters can see for themselves whether she can govern better than Marcos. If she succeeds, the people can support her in the next election. If she fails, Filipinos can vote for a new leader.

Calling the attention of PDEA/PNP
