good day! please let me add an inquiry of mine.. i also want to travel with my parents to hongkong soon. my father jump bailed his case more than 20years ago. he dont have a passport yet because DFA requests for his NBI clearance which he is afraid to get. is he be offloaded also by the immigration? thank you!
