I am seeking help in removing a couple scratches from this photograph of my wife and her dog that passed away years ago. It recently got scratched while we were moving and I'd like to get it fixed and re-printed for her as a surprise.
I am very bad with technology but have managed to scan the photo at Staples. There are the 2 scratches in the lower center on her arm that are the priority. If it's possible to somehow correct the left edge where it is folded that would be really nice too, but is less important.
Can anyone help me? It would mean the world to both me and my wife.

Hello, everyone! These three fellows are my mother's brothers. The one on the left passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly recently and she is having a hard time with it. We hired a wedding photographer that took amazing engagement pictures of my husband and I, but almost all of the photos with us and our families at our venue are blurry, even the originals. Neither my husband or I are photoshop savvy so i don’t think we could do anything to make them better ourselves. Does anyone have any recommendations we could do to save them???
Hey all! I was hoping someone would be able to restore and better define/sharpen this photo of my Great-Great-Grandparents with three of my Great Uncles? I would appreciate it if the effect of the camera shaking (see the trees in the backdrop) could be alleviated but that’s alright if it can’t. This was taken sometime in the 1930s at a park in the Chicago area!
