









I’m 18, around 185cm, and I dropped from about 99kg to 81.5kg.
I did the hard diet/weight loss part, and I’ve maintained this weight for around 2 months now. I’m not really trying to keep cutting because 81.5kg at my height seems healthy, but now I’m clueless with the next stage.
I expected to look lean after losing the weight, but I didn’t realise how little muscle I actually had. I just look smaller, soft, and skinny fat rather than athletic.
I’ve been trying to stay active with biking, push-ups, pull-ups, and bodyweight stuff most days, but honestly it feels like spamming push-ups isn’t really changing how I look.
I feel like I figured out how to lose weight, but I have no idea how to actually build a decent physique or where to begin properly.
Just looking for honest opinions/advice on what people think I should do next.
i really want to start going to the gym and i want to know how good my physique is to start off with, i know it’s not the best picture but i really don’t like being shirtless or anything of the sort.
1800 calories a day, 4 weight sessions per week upper lower, didn’t concentrate too much on steps but probably averaged about 7k over the 8 months.

I have some fat in my abdomen area and on other places too but not as much as my chest. It genuinely makes every day of my life harder and people make fun of me so I just want to get rid of it and maybe have a flat chest.
So basically I am 19 years old I have been a skinny kid my whole life not extremely skinny or underweight or anything, a healthy weight until I turned 16 when I just started inhaling every food I saw and thats when I gained all this fat because I doubt Ive gained any muscle . So about 7 months ago I started a PPL routine and Its been going pretty solid I can beench 225 lbs for 1 rep clean and do about 10-12 pullups but I skip legs a lot and im trying to work on that aswell. Before anyone tells me to cuut Its just not an option for me Because
I usually eat everything I see and its very difficult for me to make a diet plan as of now and dedicate myself to it I probably eat a lot of protein too because I eat atleast 280g chicken breast and drink 1.5l milkshakes everyday excluding all the other normal meals I eat
And 2 Because my priority is to gain as much strength and muscle right now so I can have a base for my entire life.
My primary goal is to get bigger arms and get a bigger beench for now but once I reach lets say 110kg beench for 1 i woudl just wanna focus on getting bigger arms and gaining more muscle. also I was also wondering what body fat percentage am I most likely. If anyone wants to give me advice feel free to do so or point out any weak areas in my physique

I’m currently lean bulking. I feel too small to cut but too fat to bulk. Should I continue lean bulking or cut first then bulk?
