what's the significance of this?

these two characters are both addressing "shiho," which would sound the same out loud but it's written in two ways (i'm assuming according to each character?) are there suggestions to be made about the differences in their dynamic towards shiho?
(for context if it helps they and shiho are all bandmates and around the same age/grade)

Was at a Weird al concert a bit ago and I saw guy with a Miku shirt and complimented it, he was very happy and told me it custom made and he makes shirts and 3d printed stuff. He later ran into my mom and gave her this cutom Keychain he made to give to me :).

Are all vocaloid fans this nice? 🤔
