What's the hardest part about getting customers to leave Google reviews?

I'm building a review-request platform for home service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, dentists, etc.). The goal isn't just to send review requests, but to make it incredibly easy for customers to leave honest feedback. I'm also exploring ways to reward customers for taking the time to provide feedback (not for leaving a positive review), such as discounts on future services. I'd love to know whether this would actually increase response rates or if there are better ideas

New boiler (relocated) and unvented cylinder install.

This sub might not get the traffic of r/cableporn but I couldn’t resist posting our recent upgrade. I think the installer probably had a wet dream (pun intended) getting to install on a clean accessible wall and not in some cramped cupboard. Anyway, it looks like plumbingporn to me!

Advice on under sink pipe installation

I have 2 images of plumbing work completed by a plumber and need some advice on which one is better.

I am getting a new kitchen installed and these are the layout options provided by the plumber.

Which layout is better for drainage and reliability

If either option could cause future issues (blockages, backflow, poor flow, etc.)

The best way to connect appliances into the waste system

Any improvements or better routing suggestions

I want to keep the system as simple and low-maintenance as possible, even if it means slightly more pipework.
