Anyone know any details about the drums used on Tasmania?

The drum sound is so damn good, arguably better than Tame Impala's. Does anyone know anything about the kit, the recording setup, techniques etc.?

TIL: Shiny Joe is the lead vocals on ‘Holding Out For You’ and ‘Medicine Hat’. I always presumed it was Nick

I usually plant whatever I want for the spring at my little pond. This season I’m going all native plants

Pond owners: what actually stopped recurring string algae for you?

I am collecting practical methods from pond keepers who fixed recurring string algae without harming fish.

What worked best for you?

I can share a short checklist we use if mods are happy for me to post it in comments.

5x12 pond questions

I’m attempting a 12x5 rectangl, 3.5 at deepest section, ledge around 2 sides. It is in a city backyard, in a historic district, so it has to be sort of formal (ie not natural looking) and a spout in the side to move water and create sound. A few plants. Maybe a fish? Our dog is a bit of a wild card in this. Everything I see says pump and aerator but not sure if the spout would take care of aeration in a pond this small? Also not sure how the electricity works on this; all of the drawings show pump/aerator on bottom of pond —no cord, somehow magically working, but i know they plug in. Does the cord just get hidden up along liner and then poked through top capstones and trenched to the place where you’re plugging it in? Or am I missing something?

Don’t know how to go about repairing this or if it is even possible. The crack started small and has grown in size. Any suggestions here?
