Hi there! Has anyone ordered any vinyl records from umgshop.com (UMG Nordic) and requested cancellation before shipment?

I’ve contacted customer support to cancel my order, but I’m wondering if anyone has gone through this and can share whether they responded and if the cancellation was successful.

I checked their FAQs and terms. There are mentions about returns, but none about cancellations. Appreciate the help! :)

This beauty finally came! this is the new graffiti records exclusive Glum Plum vinyl. Ive been eagerly waiting for this for so long and I’m so glad it’s here! I love how different the records look from each other! If anyone else here gets a copy I definitely want to see pictures below! I’m so pleased and happy it’s here!

Condition: All opened, but only played once or not at all. No major scuffs, scratches, or dents. Smoke-free home. Stored in plastic sleeves. About 'as new' as you can get without the factory seal!
