I'm relatively new to shopping on Poshmark and it's been fun finding deals and avoiding the need to shop brand new, but I felt so burned in my latest purchase.

I found one of my favorite sports bras and purchased it, trusting that the seller put the correct size but it was in fact wrong. (I can't buy it in store anymore because it's a discontinued item)

I ordered it because they listed it as the C/D cup size so when it arrived and didn't match the other ones that I already owned, I obviously thought it was fake so I opened up a case.

As the case was being looked at, I did some more googling and it turns out the sports bra I bought was an A/B cup so the seller listed it incorrectly and I felt very misled.

I took several screenshots of the same ones I already owned along with the item descriptions I could find that compared the A/B and C/D sizes but the customer service ultimately sided with the seller and marked it as complete. I couldn't even leave a rating (speaking of which, is it true that Poshmark will hide all ratings less than 4 stars?).

I tried to reopen the case but was quickly shut down again by customer service.

So I'm essentially sh!t out of luck (thanks Miss Seller from the other side of Canada...🙄 I do not hope you have a cool pillow this humid summer). The band does fit but my tiddies will spill out so obviously I'm not too happy about that.

Please please please...dear sellers, list your item sizes accurately or if you're not sure, say so, it would be much appreciated.

For context, I sold a brand new direct from retailer Loungefly backpack. I checked the bag thoroughly before packaging. I also have the most sensitive nose when it comes to scents and for that reason no seafood of any kind is consumed here. I would have noticed a smell when packaging.

The buyer is claiming that a new Loungefly backpack smells like fish?

I've been seeing an increase in buyers claiming things that aren't true and try to get the refund: every time Posh' approves for them to return it for refund, they cancel their request.

Just wondering if others have seen an uptick of this?

Update : So from what I can gather I made an offer for 10% less than the list price, I’m assuming there must be a button for that ?. Because it was an offer I made I can’t find out the time I made it, only when it got accepted . Can you actually offer on something with only one button click ? Also, the card I have on file is actually a card that was cancelled due to fraud (fraud elsewhere ) so I’m not sure how the transaction went though but it’s showing up on my cc statement . I know that there was nothing done wrong on the sellers side and I would feel guilty if I returned it or did anything that couldn’t negatively affect the seller .

I’m really stumped right now . I just got confirmation of shipment on a $300 ring I apparently ordered this morning and I have no idea how that happened . Even the order time doesn’t make sense , I was busy with a contractor at my house when the purchase went through . Has this ever happened to anyone else ? I feel so foolish and also super confused

I purchased a PS5 game on the 26th, and by the 30th they canceled the order. This is the message the seller left "Unable to ship currently as I’m very sick. So sorry!!" then they blocked me so I couldn't respond. I would've been cool with waiting had they communicated before canceling. I kinda feel like they just didn't want to sell it to me for whatever reason or they changed their mind on the price, and didn't want to say that.

Sucks man, especially after PlayStation's announcement yesterday too.. Why do sellers do this? I actively buy and sell on multiple platforms, and it just doesn't make sense. Don't people wanna make money?

I am so tired of receiving garments stinking of cigarette smoke and sometimes, the smell releases after the first wash, at which point I have already accepted the order. For non smokers, its very distressing with respect to the physical and physiological impact as well as the effort and money required to try to remove the smell if even possible.

I just tried to post this on the Poshmark page, but they pulled it down immediately. All I ask is why can’t they find an avenue like Vinted did to get cheap shipping and do a stupid boost like they do instead of paying 50 bucks a week for a promoted that doesn’t do crap. I have over 1000 items listed on Poshmark but have been slowly moving them over to Vinted only to sell everything I move in a day Poshmark are you out there? It’s me Margaret and I have crap in my closet to sell!

Wondering if any resellers would be interested in bulk boxes for Hella good price? Havent been super active in months and likely wont have time to be very active again until winter comes again. In the meantime I have tubs and tubs full of inventory I need to get out of my way. Super motivated to get it out of here.

On the flip side, has anybody that doesnt normally do live shows, had success doing live shows and just offering up reseller bundles? Or listing reseller bundles and moving them relatively quickly?

CCO today has $1.49 shipping today with Purolator. Seller dropping price by 10% and I received notification of, and see the $1.49 option. However when I click BUY NOW it only shows home shipping option of 6.99. Anyone know why I can’t seem to access the offered Purolator rate? I am in a Purolator area.

ETA: Seller confirmed Purolator is turned on.

I'm fuming right now, I have a small personal closet and got my first return claiming item was not as described (stained), fine no problem, my bad, Poshmark accepts the return request. However upon receiving the package I'm shocked to find a completely different item inside!! Posh already released the refund to the buyer, presumably as soon as the courier marked it delivered? What do I do now??? I'm panicking over here.

I'm looking for tools that help with Poshmark engagement such as sharing, following, and general closet activity.

I've seen a few automation tools mentioned but I'm not sure which ones are actually reliable in day to day use.

For those who use automation, what has worked best for you? Are these tools stable long term or do they tend to break or cause issues with accounts?

Would appreciate real experiences and recommendations.

Every single day I see used products, that are readily available at retail prices, listed on Poshmark for double the price. You're taking advantage of the ignorant and you darn well know it. You're making this website a horrible place to shop and you should be ashamed.

From now on I'm going to make comments on your items with the MSRP, so that your poor customers don't get scammed.

Today's sighting: A seller with 3 different pairs of common, readily available New Balance 574 sneakers. The retail price is $129.99. They are often on sale. All colorways and sizes listed are in stock everywhere.

The seller has them priced at $253.

I get that you are desperate, but that's not a reason to SCAM.

I’m a Canadian seller and I’m honestly shocked by how Poshmark is handling this.
I sold a dress for $65 and shipped it using Poshmark’s Purolator label. On June 5, the package was marked delivered. Poshmark then emailed me saying the order had been delivered and accepted, and my $52 earnings were released on June 8.
Almost three weeks later, Poshmark suddenly cancelled the completed order as “unclaimed/returned to sender” and deducted the $52 from my balance.
The problem is that the dress has NOT been returned to me. Purolator tracking still shows it sitting at a Calgary sorting facility. So right now the buyer presumably has her refund, Poshmark has taken back my earnings, and I have neither the dress nor the money.
I contacted support asking why earnings from a completed order were reversed. They completely ignored that question, told me to relist the dress that I don’t even have, and gave me a $5 Posh credit “as a gesture.”
Has anyone else had Poshmark claw back earnings weeks after an order was completed? Shouldn’t they at least wait until the item is physically returned to the seller? What happens if Purolator never returns it?
This seriously makes me question how protected sellers actually are.

Ive been selling on Poshmark for a bit and I’ve been scammed twice by buyers. I am now extra cautious due to the traumatizing experience of trying to appeal false and fraudulent claims. I had a high value item that has just bought at listed price.

What isn’t a red flag necessarily for this buyer:
\- has no items listed
\- has not given nor received any love notes

Red flag:
\- account created May 2026 AND bought full price
\- shows last active is June 20 and today is June 25 which is when the sale occurred

What do you guys think?
