Philly Power Pop Show August 15th
If you live in the Philly area, on August 15th my band is hosting our yearly local power pop showcase at the Grape in Manayunk:

5 really awesome bands all making a splash in the local scene we have here. The Grape was a staple of the area for years, and just reopened after some fits and starts getting it up and running again - come on out if you’re local and want to check out what we have going on here😊

is my song power pop?
power pop is so hard to define and maybe i’m wishing too hard for it to be. maybe it’s too heavy? i play and write everything and working in isolation doesn’t give me any perspective. any feedback would be really appreciated. might be trying a bit too hard to sound like the shivvers.
