Stopped in Tokyo, Nara, Hikone and Kyoto. No luck in Hikone, but got a couple from each of the other three locations.
The “TRADZ” one is the logo of a local esports team. Secured it from an arcade/bar in Tokyo. It was the only option that the machine had.
(Technically these are just copper slugs, since, like, Japan.)
The floor of the hotel we stayed at for our last two nights in Seattle even had a pressed penny in it. So cute! I love some of these, and ultimately felt like I’d rather have skipped the machine at Multnomah Falls. It was a card read machine and misprinted 3/4 of the Pennies. Some of the machines I went to were out of order but this was still an amazing haul.

Hi all! I’m getting married this Halloween and I’m looking to rent a press for my reception. My wedding is near Leesburg, VA, USA. Does anybody know of any vendors that would be willing to rent a machine to me? Happy to pay shipping if they’re far away, too. I have seen resources to get custom dyes made, so I’m confident that if we can find a machine, we’ll be golden.
I know that custom pennies can be ordered, but there’s something about pressing them at the wedding that just can’t be replaced- I’m really excited about it! I’m looking specifically to rent the press. Thanks in advance for any help!! :)

Oh man, as a penny enthusiast (both pressed and unpressed), I want to buy these and be set for life, but 5-6 cents per blank is steep, and I don't know if I'll go through 1000 or 5000 in my lifetime.

Honestly I never really minded the electric non-manual machines until today. They’re so slow
Did a big move about 3 weeks ago and drove with 3 cats and a dog (and my girlfriend). Of course I had to stop for pennies along the way. Guess where I moved from and where I went!! Lol
