Looking for real-world feedback on Fileloom, a free ad-free Android viewer for mixed file types

Hi! I'm the developer of Fileloom, a free, ad-free Android file viewer for people who open mixed file types on Android: PDFs, EPUBs, HWP/HWPX, Office docs, archives, Markdown/code, images/media, local files and Google Drive.

You can test it here:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.fileloom.app

The newest update added or improved HWP/PDF/Markdown/Office rendering and search, DWG/DXF/STEP/STP support, TIFF/TIF, VCF, M3U/M3U8, EPUB to TXT export, ZIP internal search, in-viewer delete, password-protected PDFs, recent files/tabs/reset settings, GIF sizing, Excel zoom/search, TTS and UI fixes.

I'm looking for feedback on:

  1. Does the first-run/file-picker flow make sense?

  2. Which file type still makes you switch to another viewer?

  3. Any crashes or bad rendering with unusual files?

  4. Is the Play Store listing/onboarding clear enough about what Fileloom does?

Blunt bug reports are welcome, especially with files that usually break lightweight viewers.

I built a meal planner app that lets you get recipes by taking pictures of the food.

Hey, so in the past few days i worked on building a meal planner website called ProteinPlan.

It allows users to calculate protein based on their weight and other info, it also has other features like the "snap" feature that lets you take pictures of the food and get the recipe. But the main feature is the diet creator that lets people enter their choices such as budget, ingredients and diet, (such as halal, keto etc.) it creates a meal plan specifically for those ingredients, budget AND diet type. You can also choose if you want to bulk, cut or maintain in the diet creator. We also have a 25% off for the first week Promo Code for premium transactions, the code is LAUNCH50 . Hey everyone!

Today I officially launched my first app on the App Store after around 2 years of learning SwiftUI and iOS development.

The app is called JournalWrite. It’s a journaling app that also includes stats and insights about your entries. I wanted something simple that combined journaling with progress visualization and streak/stat tracking.

The app is completely free and has no ads or paywalls. It stores everything locally using SwiftData, so it works fully offline.

JournalWrite Download

If anyone wants to check it out, I’d love feedback or advice from fellow developers. Thanks!

Keep track of expiry dates and where you store things — simple home organization app

Hi everyone!

I built a simple app to help manage everyday items at home.

It was inspired by a common problem:
forgetting what you have, where you put it, or realizing things expired too late.

With this app, you can:

  • Track expiry dates (food, skincare, meds, etc.)
  • Save where items are stored (fridge, cabinet, drawer…)
  • Get reminders before things go bad

It’s designed to be minimal and easy to use.

If this sounds useful, feel free to check it out and let me know what you think!
