I've only heard mention of this from a recent GamingBolt video, which of course has no sources from them to back that up, but if it IS set to be true, than it would only end up being another hit that keeps on coming from PlayStaton.

It would be even more insulting seeing as they're announcing another trial weekend that allows players to enjoy something that shouldn't even BE locked behind that godforsakened paywall subscription at all, especially at this point. It really just feels like they're doing all they can to get on gamers bad side more and more this past week and it's only gonna get worse I think.

I'm pretty sure everyone knows about Sony's plans to stop producing disk based games now.

Be aware that your digital purchases are bound to your account. If something were to happen to your account, you can possibly lose EVERYTHING. If physical media truly is to be discontinued, please make sure you update your security! Whether its your Nintendo, Sony or Xbox account.

Update passwords, turn on 2 step verification, if you have siblings who play on your account, maybe have them create their own.

If you get hacked, or get banned. You WILL lose everything.

If digital is the future, make sure your stuff is safe.

I can't connect to the internet from my ps5 and I can't access their website from my phone or pc. I just want confirmation or if there is a problem from Sony or a problem from me.

I wont lie since my pc died been really ir hing for ps : i dont understand why i can create a mew account through customer service woth the same email , same ID , same phone number same billing address but Rockstar has not cracked the code on active roles or directory , literally any other platform i can move game character data except Somy and the only reason i can think is to rip people off and make them rebuy games and be so annoyed the buckle and do in game purchases to rebuild
Even SWTOR will let you pay a fee to move a character completely

Never owned a PS5. Only play on a PC. Do yall think it’s better to get the pro or any regular digital console for the new GTA6

Am I the only one experiencing this? For almost two weeks, games have been disappearing from my profile as if I've never played them. On top of that, the playtime for many of my games has been reset to 0 hours, and most of my games no longer appear in the Recently Played section. Is anyone else having the same issue, or is there any official update from PlayStation?

is the new update safe to install now ?

I cannot play any online game but I do have an internet connection. I can join a party and talk to my friends no problem. I can even play games online when I stream them via ps plus. But just by booting up a game like normal I can't play online.

So I'm going to abandon my old psn account and im going to take the same Ubisoft account on another PSN account is it going to keep my progress?

Let my PS5 update overnight, now every time I try to open YouTube it says I have no connection. Tests fine, all my other apps work, playing online works. Tried restarting PS5+Router, tried forgetting and reconnecting to the network, tried setting my DNS manually to Google's. After resetting the network and changing DNS settings I was able to access it for ~30 seconds before it stopped working again. I'm on LAN fwiw. Youtube is up to date. Anybody else having similar issues?
