Spend more for Harrier.ev or stay with Punch.ev to escape heavy depreciation

Hi fellow ev owners. I own a Nexon ev xz+ dark 30kw from 2021 driven 70k km. One of the early adopters who went through all the niggles, errors and charging infra glitches. Had a batter issue 2 years back, got cells replaced after waiting for 25days. I suspect my battery has degraded again, as the battery accepts only 23KW when charging from 7-100% (even on slow charging). I am trying to upgrade now to escape this.

I love the Harrier.ev considering Adventure S 65 or the Fearless+ 75 (depending on the discounts). I went to the Tata showroom where I bought my Nexon ev. I am shocked by the exchange value they are quoting JUST 4.5L for a car i bought for 16L vehicle. HURT is the first feeling i felt. I understand the tech has upgraded, but still 70% decrease in 5 years. Now my question is...

Should I invest in the Harrier and see it fall 75% in 5 years or should i get the Punch ev and still experience the 75% fall but at a lesser amount. Get Punch for 13L - 300Km range - Lower cost per Km, less space, less features, easy in city traffic and loose 8L after 5 years or get harrier for 23L - 400km range - more space, higher cost per km, tight city rides and loose 13-15L after 5 years

My usage is 50-50 in city and highway. My main route is from Chennai-Madurai-Tirunelveli. I travel with my family and sometimes my mom or in-laws join. Space is the first reason you would say...but i am happily willing to pay for inter-city taxi occasionally rather than loosing lakhs and lakhs on depreciation.

Haven't checked out the Mahindra 9s yet. Car24 quoted 6.6lac in auction, but still no offers. Have to try Spinny this week for a quote.

Your thoughts on the depreciation and suggestion on the new car would help.
