Free puppet book from the library

I found this book on the discard shelf of the library today and couldn't help but take it. I've never made a puppet before, but I might give it a shot this summer.

What fleece or felt color is this?

So most of yall (i probably would hope) you’ve all seen the Chuck E Cheese puppets throughout cec’s history, but the main puppet version I like is this version of them (The “Rockstar” era) and I had my eye on wanting to make this puppet, but I don’t know what color his skin is, anyone know?

Puppet obsesion

I've loved watching puppet cartoons since I was little; I found them so sweet and heartfelt. Now I want to make my own puppet, but I don't know what materials I need or how to make it. Can you help me?

Just about done with this goblin marionette

Made of homemade celluclay, yellow pine and various other materials. His tunic is made from linen, and trousers of cotton. Took me about three weeks to finish. Next time I’d pick a much thinner material for his top. I got the elbows to move pretty easily but only after much conditioning of the linen.

I'm trying to find a tutorial on how to sew and construct the basic puppet nerd patterns. They're all cut out, but I need the next bit of guidance. Can anyone point me to a resource?

How would I make these eyes close properly?

I didn’t really know where to post this, but how would I make these eyes close entirely? It’s a rig using a string attached to eyelids that are connected to a toothpick with the eye itself on it, so when I pull the string its eyes open, but I can’t find a way to make them close properly? I’ve considered using elastics but that would cover the eye somewhat.

Meet Amour-Marie the Ghost!

This is my final main character, Amour-Marie the ghost! She's going to be friends with Vyna, Kelqi, and Surf! She is by no means the last character I'll ever come with, but I had designed these characters based off of music genres and vibes I really liked, and Amour is based on my preference for soul, RnB, dance pop, and other soothing 'evening'-type music. I'm going to make an intro video for her on my IG!

Worman

This is the very first of the “Worman” character species made. I plan to make 6 of them total and I may use them for a photography project.

Looking for a puppet I played with in the mid 2000s uk

I was a kid in infants school in the mid 2000s in the uk and I was a bit of a loner, around the ages 5-7. It sounds wild to say, but I spent a lot of play time in a playhouse/shed at the end of the playground playing with the toys alone. My favourite was a brown puppet. It was a typical generic hand puppet, I don’t think the hands could move, your hand just went in the head. It had a round head, dark brown with red in the mouth and I think on the ends of the hand and feet too. It was really basic and as I was such a young kid it’s really blurry and I don’t remember any tags. I remember it being a pretty cheap material. When I left the school to progress to primary school I was pretty upset leaving the puppet behind and every time I walked past the school I thought about it. It sounds sad but I spent so much time speaking with it and playing with it, I genuinely see it as one of my first friends and it really helped me get through infants school when I didn’t fit in. If anyone knows where I could start it tracking down or has any ideas on what it might be, I’d really appreciate it.

TLDR (minus my whole personal story there): puppet from the mid 2000s, dark brown, red mouth and red hands and feet, round head, very poorly drawn image included.

Before I drop 60$ on a sunny puppets goodman, I need to ask because I’m planning on cutting the hat off. Is there hair under the hat or will he be bald?
