Do you think it would make sense for Qobuz to have a "Report AI" button that you can click that just reports an album or a track directly? And in the meantime maybe we could make a sub-Reddit on here where people just share links to AI artists, albums and labels on Qobuz?

Seems a no brainer to me. I just went down a horrendous AI rabbit hole on Qobuz and wrote a lengthy email to them with examples. It seems certain "record labels" do just AI slop, and lots of it.

Here's some of what I said to them:

I'm a musician myself, and if I search for music to listen to I want it to be human music. SO for example today I was searching for Accordion Bossa Nova music, as I want to really here some examples of how this is played on the accordion so I can work on my own playing in this style.

Here's what I found, there's an artist called "Paolo Petrucci", who supposedly recorded and released 15 albums in the last 2 years. Including the series "Bossa Nova accordion hits vols.1-5". All the tracks in the albums are called "Bossa Nova Accordion #" and I'm almost certain it's AI slop. Directionless nothing music. On the album for each one in the series is a picture of a man who looks kind of similar, but also different from the previous album (AI generated). It's produced by a label called Unistory Movie (https://open.qobuz.com/label/6965157) which seems to have a huge catalogue of music released which I think must be all AI, all made up artist names and generic sounding music across a huge amount of styles. None of the artists seem to have any kind of internet presence except their releases on streaming platforms and the AI description of them by Google that comes from that. If you look at any of the artists released on Unistory Movie they are released across multiple labels, and it's all AI.

For example, there's another linked Record label called Folk RGB which releases such obviously AI artists Claddagh Voices (https://open.qobuz.com/album/ddykp0wexnsfb). I mean look at that picture and listen to track 4 (the evocatively titled "Green Irish Folk Love 43"), and tell me that is not AI! "Claddagh Voices" are also released by Unistory Movie. It's all interconnected.

None of these labels seem to have internet presence either, or very little at best

I’ve got to say, the latest version of the Qobuz app is a massive improvement.
Skipping tracks and seeking within a song are now almost instantaneous. The previous version often took several seconds to respond, which made the app feel sluggish despite the excellent sound quality.
This update makes the whole experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Credit where it’s due, the team has clearly put a lot of work into performance.
Has anyone else noticed the same improvements? What other changes have stood out to you?

am I just stupid or is this app completely shit. First, I had trouble getting the app to accept my payment so that I could enjoy Qobuz and the music I like. Then I downloaded the app onto my computer and it found my computer name however, I can’t get any volume or sound at all so I go back to the app on my phone he keeps wanting me to join. I’ve already joined. There’s no place to login. I can’t find a place to login. I do have a login and password, but I’m totally frustrated. My phone recognizes me with my computer name. My computer doesn’t recognize me is having an account. So anyone else having extreme issues making you regret the whole decision to use it?

Not sure why no one on the Qobuz team didn’t think of this one, but I had an idea for something they can implement:

What if, when you tapped on a song to play it, it actually played? And, this is crazy, but what if it played the whole way through? Not just 10 seconds or 30 seconds, but the entire song? And then when that song was over, the next song just played automatically?

I eagerly await this update, seems like it might be a hit with the Qobuz community

It seems like the whole point of following an artist would be to see new releases they put out? I'm not sure if there was some version of this before the most recent update. All I want is a feed of the most recent releases put out by artists I follow, not something handpicked by qobuz.

whats the best way to make sure my music doesnt cut off when connection is spotty?

my music cuts out when connection is poor even for songs that ive played over and over, and sometimes even tracks marked as downloaded get stuck.

is there a way to mark my liked songs as auto-download, so anyone song that gets a heart will download? or do i have to manually download that group every time i add new tracks

also, how do you use playlists/favorites/downloads? do you mostly play from one or the other? or mostly single artists albums?

I started my subscription in January and nothing has improved with the TV app since then. It crashes constantly and logs me out from such simple thing like trying to move around the app and forces me to log back in over and over again. I do not have such issues with PC or mobile app for android. The UX is also extremely clunky in comparison to any other app for streaming services on TV. It is really disappointing because I am a homebody who likes to play the music on TV when I am for example working on my hobbies and cleaning.

I really hope that at some point they focus on fixing these issues.

If it's really been quieter this entire time I'll let it go, but about a month ago I noticed it. At 75% volume, I can barely hear music out of the Qobuz app on Android, but every other app and Spotify are nice and loud. Volume issue happens on the phone speakers but also bluetooth speakers.

I'm comparing The Chauffeur by Duran Duran right now and I literally cannot hear the words at 75% volume when played through the Qobuz app.

So I updated the app today and I really like the new features with lyrics and the new layout, but on my phone at least the option to change the app icon color is now broken. As soon as the update installed the icon reversed back to the default setting instead of the gold look that I had set it to. Attempting to manually set it back to gold does nothing. The app remains on the default color and I can't change it. Has anyone else had this issue since the latest update?

I have a paid subscription so am able (in theory at least) to download songs to play offline. I have managed with some, but on many occasions including right now anything I try and download doesn't work. I go to download it and it appears in the download queue but then just sits there. The circle around the arrow that shows the download progress stays completely blank, showing it's not downloading. I've tried closing and opening the app, but it just seems sometimes it works and most times it doesn't. Does anyone else have this problem?

In have been trying to get my head around the new PC app.

Favourites (heart) seems to be all but dysfunctional with no way to select it for playlists and selecting it as a filter seems to bring everything up

My main issue is what is the custom sorting in playlists? How can I customise the list? How do I use this?

Any help appreciated. Thanks

All my playlists are suddenly empty and no albums will load. Anyone else see this?

New qobuz user here, trying it out with their free 3 month trial. Really wowed by their sound quality vs spotify! Really awesome! But their search engine is ... my god ... So bad!!! I was considering switching but it's kind of a showstopper for me :-(

So I just updated the mobile app on Android, which all looks nice, but when I go to my Library and click Tracks, for some reason only 4 tracks appear as saved. I have a couple thousand when I'm on desktop, and don't have any filters applied.

It's really disappointing since I often go Tracks and click shuffle. Anyone know what to do or how to fix it? My Tracks are all saved on the Desktop and I certainly don't want to lose all of my history there, but really want them on mobile too??
